    摘要: 本實驗分為兩部分,第一部分為有機高分子,利用直流電源供應器,電聚合聚苯胺 (PANI)單層膜及poly(2-N- phenylamino-4, 6- dimercapto-S- triazine) (PPDT)/PANI雙層膜。研究發現電聚合聚苯胺單層膜的防鏽效果不佳,鹽霧測試時間 (SST)小於1 h。由磷酸電解液所電聚合出的聚苯胺有纖維狀及晶體狀兩種結構,且有此兩種結構混合的聚苯胺,其腐蝕電位值較高。當電聚合時間為6/24 h ,PPDT/ PANI雙層膜之腐蝕電位值最大,為-0.178 V,腐蝕速率為0.405 mm/year,附著力測試為3 B等級 (<5~15%脫落)、而硬度測試則為7 H。第二部分則為有機/無機複合膜,利用電聚合法 (EP)與溶膠-凝膠法 (SG)於鋼片上形成雙層膜,應用於鋼片的防鏽。三種方法分別為SG、EP/ SG、SG/EP,其腐蝕電位、腐蝕電阻大小的順序為EP/ SG > SG > SG/EP ; 而腐蝕電流密度大小則相反,因此可得知EP/ SG防鏽效果最佳。取PMMA 3.0g 與TEOS 、aniline 混合攪拌4 day來製備Sol-gel溶液,旋轉塗佈5 s於鋼片上,接著電聚合時PANI 30 min , 所得EP/SG雙層膜之腐蝕速率為0.280 mm/year,而鹽霧測試結果可達80 h以上,附著力測試為4 B等級(< 5%脫落)、而硬度測試則為9 H 。
    There were two major parts in this research. The first part uses polyaniline (PANI) and poly(2-N-phenylamino-4,6-dimercapto-S-triazine) (PPDT). They were electropolymerised on the SAE 1018 steel by a DC power supply. Single PANI layer shows poor anticorrosion effect, which sustains under the salt spray test (SST) for less than 1 h. Fibrous and crystalline materials were observed for the PANI film growing in phosphoric acid. Sample containing both structures seems have a higher corrosion potential.
