| 摘要: | 本論文之研究係以探討全民健保財務問題、醫療保障缺口，繼而提出商業健康保險在全民健保給付缺口下所展現之市場商機。然而，商業保險公司在發展各種健康保險時，更不可忽視經營健康保險的各種風險，包括保險業資本適足率、健康保險的核保、理賠等。
本論文的研究結果，期許能提供國內產壽險業者經營健康保險的參考。
The purpose of the thesis is to study the insufficient medical payment and the financial problem that NHI is facing now.Owning to the insufficient medical payment,life insurance companies therefore enjoy more business opportunities .However, though life insurance companies may increase their sales revenue, they also have to pay more attention to risk assessments, such as the Risk Based Capital (RBC), the underwriting strategies and claim procedures for health insurance.
We expect that the conclusion of this study will provide life insurers and non-life insurers for reference. |
