    Abstract: 行政院衛生署根據台灣人口老化速度推估至2010年的長期照護服務人力,台灣是嚴重不足的,因此,若能提早的規劃長期照護人員專業正規教育的準備,將能培養更多、更專業的照護人才以解決照護人力方面的不足,並能開拓更高品質的長期照護服務。
    因此,本研究是透過台北市長期照護相關機構從業人員的問卷調查,以評估目前評估長期照護教育實施之現況;並輔以針對曾接受過長期照護正規學程,且目前於長期照護領域從事相關工作的畢業生之深入的訪談,試以對長期照護專業的正規教育規劃的方向提出建議。
    根據本研究之結果,歸納之結論以及提出之建議如下:
    一、對長期照護人員教育短期規劃之建議事項:
    (一) 擴展並大幅開放目前醫務、護理系以及社會工作或是社會學類等相關科系學生選課的彈性。
    (二) 應多強調及教育其照顧服務員在長期照護中的角色功能,並加強長期照護照顧服務員在職業倫理方面的教育。
    二、對長期照護人員教育長期規劃之建議事項:
    (一) 培育專才與跨專業的長期照護人員。
    (二) 擴展並加強長期照護教育以重視實務為導向的特色。
    (三) 培育學生能具有評估規劃連續性照護服務的能力。
    (四) 建構一個較完整的長期照護教育體系。
    Executive organization National Health Administration according to the age pyramid estimate there will be insufficient of human resource relate to occupation of health for the year of 2010 in the Taiwan , if we could start to planning ahead for the professional education or training in professional health and looking after young talents then we could have a long term for a better quality and service in manpower without any problem occur.
    Therefore, this research is through a questionnaire investigation from some of the organization in Taipei who’s occupation are relevant to our topic; also assist and interview people who have a proper training and specialized in this work field to rule out the importance and given suggestion which to benefit for the long-term education and training.
    According to the result of this research, the suggestions of conclusion and proposition summed up are as follows:
    First, for the short-term planning and suggestions :
    (1) Expand and have more selective subject relate to medical profession for the student in university/college, i.e. medical student , nursing student , social work or sociologies ,etc.
    (2) Should educate the Health Care Aides more their roles and functions in the long-term caring. and to reinforce the education of Health Care Aides on the profession ethics among long-term care.
    Second, for the long-term planning and suggestions :
    (1) Training for professional workers of long-term care for a long-term goal is necessary.
    (2) Expand and strengthen the professional education of workers for the long-term care to be give priority to real experience/affairs.
    (3) Train the students who will have ability in organize and be more responsibility in health professional care for a long term goal.
    (4) Having a more completed professional education and training course of the long-term care workers.
