    Abstract: 企業為尋求核心競爭力,唯有快速不斷地推出新產品,但新產品開發過程繁瑣且影響風險因素眾多,因此,採取事前新產品開發風險因子分析、評估及制訂回應策略,實有其必要性。

    本研究係以個案研究方式探討台灣A公司行動電話研發中心於新產品開發過程中,可能導致新產品開發時程延遲之風險因子,並探究適當之回應策略,期能有效的預測及控制新產品開發時程風險,進而縮短新產品開發時程並使該產品於預定時間順利上市,提高企業核心競爭力。本研究以風險回應策略為理論基礎,進行風險因子分析及風險因子回應策略之研究,將研究結果歸納如下:

    一、藉由風險管理回應策略理論之應用,將個案研究結果之風險因子依「風險因子發生頻率高低」及「風險因子對新產品開發時程影響程度」區分出風險因子類型,其中「產品規格不明確」、「產品開發經驗未能傳承」、「不成熟的技術或對新技術陌生」、「過度的進度壓力及新產品上市的壓力」、「依賴少數關鍵人員」歸屬為高風險因子,只要能解決此類高風險因子,則可使新產品開發時程風險大幅降低。

    二、雖然新產品開發風險因子之回應策略有其原則可尋,但決策者也可能基於風險因子處理成本的考量,而非採取風險因子回應策略原則,或可能對單一風險因子採取兩種以上之處置策略。
    Companies seeking core competitiveness must continuously introduce new products. However, new product development is fraught with many risk factors. Therefore, analysis of the risk factors and the solutions are vitally important.

    This dissertation uses the individual case study of company A R&D center and the risk factors that might cause delay to the project and the strategies to prevent them. In the process analyzing the methods to calculate and control the risk, in the process shortening the development time and letting the product reach the market on time. Thereby. Increasing the company’s core competitiveness.This dissertation uses risk response strategy as the basis. Engaging in risk factor analysis and risk factor response study. The results are as follows:

    I.Using risk management response theory this dissertation uses (Risk factor occurrence rate) and (Risk factor’s effect on product development schedule) to further delineate between risk factor types. Type (Specification uncertainty), (Product development experience passage), (immature technology or new technology), (Excessive progress pressure and new product on market pressure), and (reliance on few key members) are considered high risk factors. If these high risk factors can be reduced to a minimum the new product development delay factor can be greatly reduced.

    II.Even though new product development risk factors and the response can be rooted in principle. However, decision makers could decide not to follow the development risk factor and response principle because of factors such as cost or the decision maker could determine to use more than one strategy to reduce the risks.
