    Abstract: 保險事業在台灣發展已近半個世紀,在經濟建設及社會安定上均扮演積極重要的角色,由於保險業務之經營具有高度之專業性,而保險契約相關事項又頗為複雜,消費大眾不易了解其契約內容,所以需借重保險專業人才之協助。
    隨著國內外金融環境急遽變遷,消費者意識的提高,顧問化服務水準的要求及保險市場的逐漸開放,我國的保險經紀人的發揮空間勢必日趨擴大。 因此,從事保險招攬工作之業務人員其學識能力、專業素養等個人條件,都會直接影響業務推廣之成敗,進而影響民眾對保險產業的印象。
    由於若是保險業務員僅能提供所屬單一公司的保單做銷售,通常無法滿足客戶個別化需求以及未能配合客戶需求蒐集更多資訊與提供比價能力,以至於市場競爭能力逐漸降低而導致保單生產值衰退,促使保險公司業務營運成本的增加。故基於保險經紀人可以為客戶多樣化的商品需求及提供永續服務的理念,客戶購買後皆可由保險經紀人提供後續服務,做到產銷分離,將不再會有當保險業務員更換保險公司時,保戶找不到人服務的情況。
    可是保險業務員在選擇保險經紀人時,也須了解該公司的業務經營模式與業務制度,才不至於因除了商品以外例如考核或人事規定等因素又得常常換東家,那麼也就失去選擇以保險經紀人優勢服務保戶的用意了。所以本研究希望透過蒐集、驗證、訪談能提供更多保險從業人員在選擇保險經紀人時,務必要深入了解該公司的經營模式與制度才不至於遇人妣離。
    在此發展態勢下,擁有完善的業務制度,完整的教育訓練、讓擁有市場服務口碑的保險經紀人不但能在這競爭的市場中求生存,更能為保戶權益永續發展,建立新興的保險市場與文化。
    本論文即是希望以人身保險經紀人通路的角度為出發點,探討近幾年各人身保險經紀公司在業務經營模式與業務制度的擬定方式,期能提供保險經紀人業界以及經營此一通路的保險業者作為擬定工作職涯發展之參考依據。
    The insurance business develops near half in Taiwan century already, at economy construction and society stabilize up all play to accumulate an of great account role, because the management of the insurance business has the profession of height, and the insurance contractual and related item is again very complicated, the public doesn''t easily understand its contractual content, so need to rely on insurance the professional talented person''s help.

    Rapidly change along with the domestic and international financial environment, the exaltation of consumer''s consciousness, the adviser turns the gradually opening of the request and insurance market of service level and the exertive space of the insurance broker of my country certanly will gradually extend. Consequently, working on the business personnel whom the insurance invites a work scholarship ability and professional cultivated manners etc. is directly personal condition, will influence the success or failure of business expansion and then influence the people''s impression to the insurance industry.

    Because if the insurance salesman only can provide single insurance policy of company belonged to do sale, usually can''t satisfy customer to turn a need and can not match with customer''s need to collect more information and provide comparative price ability separately, with as for the market compete the ability reduce and make the insurance policy produced a value decline gradually and urge the increment of the operating cost of the insurance company business.Past the merchandise need canning diversify for the customer according to the insurance broker and provide the principle of lasting service, the customer all can be provided a follow-up service by the insurance broker after purchasing and attain production & sales separation, will no longer have when when the insurance salesman changes insurance company protect the condition that the door could not find person''s service.

    But insurance salesman while choosing insurance broker, must also understand business model and business system of that company, just be unlikely because of in addition to merchandise outside for example investigate or the personnel provision wait for a factor to again usually change landlord and so also lose to choose to protect the intention of the door by the insurance broker advantage service.So this research hopes through the collection, identifies and the interview can provide more insurance employees while choosing insurance broker, must go deep in to understand business model and system of that company to just be unlikely to meet person Bi to leave.

    Under this development situation, own perfect business system, the training of integrity, let to own the insurance broker of the public praise of the market service not only can compete here of beg existence in the market, more can in order to protect a rights sustainable development build up newly arisen insurance market and culture.

    This thesis is hope with the insurance broker thoroughfare of angle for starting point, inquire into for the last few years, everyone body insurance agent company''s draw-up method in the business model and the business system, the insurer that wishes to provide the industry of the insurance broker and management this thoroughfare is the reference basis that drafts the development of the work career life.
