團體保險發展至今已有38年歷史,近幾年來注重員工福利的高科技產業已成為未來台灣產業發展的重心,並且藉由策略聯盟或合併產生了龐大的企業團體,並具有強大的議價能力。而保險公司在相關法令的限制下,無法擴大團體保險的業務來源,於是在團體保險行銷策略上,淪為以價格競爭的紅海市場,造成團體保險市場的瓶頸。 本研究參酌國外研究經驗設計,透過高科技產業團體保險承辦人員訪談方式,歸納高科技產業購買團體保險的重要因素。經由訪談結果發現,高科技廠商在購買團體保險因素中,價格並非唯一且最重要的因素,反而是保險公司的財務狀況、行政作業、附加價值的重要性高於價格因素。 本研究主要建議如下: 壹、對主管機關的建議 一、應建立團體保險法令專章 二、應明確規範「團體」的定義 三、應建立團體保險費率規章 貳、對保險公司的建議 一、應強化保險公司財務結構 二、以創新的附加服務及穩定的行政作業為主要競爭策略 三、專屬人員銷售職域型商品創造利源 Group insurance has been developed for 38 years. In recent years, high-tech industry, which emphasizes on the benefits of employees, has become the focus of Taiwan’s industrial development. Through strategic alliance or mergers of companies, huge business groups with strong bargaining power are formed. However, insurance companies under restriction of relevant laws are not able to expand sources of group insurance business. As a result, group insurance has become a Red Sea market with price competing strategy, causing a bottleneck for group insurance market. This research aims to induce the important factors of the purchase of group insurance in high-tech industry. It is accomplished based on domestic and overseas research design by interviewing with group insurance undertakers in high-tech industry. Through the interviews, it was discovered that price is not the only and most significant concern in group insurance. The importance of the financial situation of the insurance and its administrative operations and added-value are higher than the price factor in purchase behavior of group insurance.
