    摘要: 近年隨著高科技業的發展、頻繁的天災,意外事故損失大幅提高;加之高齡化社會來臨及失業人口的提高,人民面臨之不確定風險遞增,故風險管理觀念的建立實不可或缺,職是之故,保險教育的發展乃成為現代社會不可忽視的課題。
    為瞭解學生修習保險課程前後,保險觀念的改變及對保險教學滿意程度,據以瞭解保險教學成效,同時探討學生對保險相關課程的重視程度,以為保險教學的參考,本研究採用結構式及非結構式問卷為工具,以SPSS統計軟體進行實證分析。主要結論如下:
    一、學生接受保險的主要原因多為保險商品的多功能化,及購買通路的方便性。
    二、學生無意購買保險的主要原因多為對商品不熟悉、無人推介。
    三、學生願意從事保險行業的主要原因在其具有高挑戰、高收入及完整訓練的特性。
    四、教學方式接受度上:日間部較偏好專家演講、參觀研習;進修部較偏好角色扮演、同學報告。
    五、在教學滿意度上:年齡愈大、成績愈好者滿意度愈高。
    六、在保險課程重視度上:日四技較重視保險商品、退休金、社會保險,進修部平二專較重視保險學。
    七、不同修習科目數、成績、請假狀況及有無証照對保險教育成效較具影響。
    八、未來課程安排以證照、實務課程最受重視。
    In recent years, accompanying with the development of high-technology industry, frequent natural disasters, greatly increasing loss on accidents, as well as the coming of aged society and the increasing number of unemployment population, people face the increasing risk of uncertainty. Therefore, the establishment of the concepts of insurance and risk management is necessary, and the development of insurance education become a theme that cannot be bypassed in modern society.
    In order to understand the difference on the insurance concept of the students in different college departments between the time periods that is before and after their studying insurance lesson, and to understand the satisfaction of insurance education, basing on the said results, we shall understand the student’s insurance education effects and how important they view the insurance related lesson. In order to serve as a reference to insurance education, this study adopt the means of structured questionnaire and non-structured questionnaire and make a empirical study with the statistical software of SPSS. The major conclusions are as follows:
    1.The main reason for student’s accepting insurance is the multifunctional insurance products and the convenience of distribution channel.
    2.The main reason for student’s being unwilling to purchase insurance policy is that they aren’t familiar with it and nobody introduces it to them.
    3.The main reason for student’s being willing to engage in the insurance career is that the insurance business has the characteristics of high level challenge、high income and full scope training.
    4.Regarding the acceptability for insurance’s teaching way:the students of the day school prefer to the expert’s lecture、the visit of researching and studying ;the students of the night school prefer to the role they are playing、the report of their classmates.
    5.Regarding the teaching satisfaction:The students of the older age and better scholastic record have the greater satisfaction.
    6.Regarding the importance of insurance lesson:the students of the day school(four- year college)prefer to insurance products、pension and social insurance;the students of the night school(two- year program )prefer to insurance science.
    7.The different numbers of studying lesson、scholastic record、attendance record and license owned by the student, have a strong impact on the effects of insurance education.
    8.The most valued lesson arrangement in the future is the insurance license and the practical course of insurance study.
