摘要:	「金融控股公司法」自2001年11月1日起施行，至今已成立了14家金融控股公司，其涵蓋了銀行、證券及保險公司，針對金融控股公司組織下財產保險經紀人之功能，究應如何定位是本研究之重點。在金融控股公司組織內，以法人為目標客戶之財產保險經紀人，為各子公司規劃保險，應以專業風險管理者為定位。而對金融控股公司之外部關係企業及貸款客戶，則以保險顧問角色，確定保險規劃內容是否適切，當損失發生時，不會危害到經營安全，確實掌握金融控股公司組織之經營風險，以確保財產保險經紀人在金融控股公司之地位。 The Financial Holding Company Act was implemented on the 1st of November, 2001. Currently 14 Financial Holding Companies are established which including banks, securities and insurance subsidiaries. How to define the position of a Property Insurance Broker under the Financial Holding Company is the main focus of this research. Within the Financial Holding Company, the main customers of the Property Insurance Broker are “the registered companies”. The Property Insurance Broker should be a professional risk manager under the organization of Financial Holding Company, who should arrange the insurance plans for the whole Financial Holding Company and the subsidiaries. Furthermore, as an insurance consultant for the relational enterprises and loan customers, should make sure the coverage of the insurance contract when the losses happened which under the coverage, won’t hurt the security of the enterprise. The business risks of the Financial Holding Company should be controlled properly. In order to keep the Property Insurance Broker’s position within the Financial Holding Company.
