On the current development of commercial banks in Taiwan, and through the mission statement of bank B, this study tries to explore the business strategy formulation factors of commercial bank in relation to strategies. First of all, it processes the analyses’ factors of bank B of internal and external environments. Then summarizes the critical factors related to the strategy formulation, and thereby proposes business strategies and ways of the Internet wealth management of commercial banks for an adaptation to the general environment. It is a csae study of methodology that, in terms of collections of domestic and foreign paper and data, addresses the conclusion as below:
一.Under the mission statement and the assessments of the internal and external environments, it sums up factors of the strategy of formulation and amendment for bank B. 二.To conduct the goal of diversification of Wealth Management is to aim at the direction of the mission statement of bank B, the brand name of Internet Wealth Management in Taiwan. 三.For the brand name of Internet Wealth Management and globalization in the future, bank B should cultivate persons of specialized field. 四.Bank B should attach great importance to(1) the education of on-the-job and specialty, and(2) inner promotion. Clerks, to possess the traditional transactional experience, specifically offer an integral service of Wealth Management. Consequently, it attends the win-win goal of customer and bank.
