近兩年來不管是個人、企業或是教育單位無不提倡知識管理、創意開發,彷彿不談知識管理、創意開發就有些落伍了。 身處在這不確定的年代,只有不斷的改變才能回應周遭的瞬息萬變並掌握稍縱即逝的契機,也因此知識經濟、提升知識競爭力、創意經濟等口號,其真正意涵就是運用知識管理來達到創意開發,運用心靈的轉換來改變系統思考,跳脫舊有思維的框架,進而以卓越的行動掌握契機,經營出優質生活。 本研究指出將累積的知識透過個人自發性的組織、轉化與應用的創新過程,就是「知識管理」。並透過「知識的生命週期」發展創意開發的「知識管理策略評估指標」來探究知識管理策略「曼陀羅法」與「心智繪圖」之效益,更重要是希望從知識管理層面提供意見,期望對個人或組織在面對瞬息萬變的環境,能以變(策略)應萬變。 In the recent two years, individuals, businesses, and educational institutions have been advocating the knowledge management and the creation development. It seems that it would be outdated if they don’t pay attention to these two trends.
Being in this uncertain era, only keeping flexible would respond to this changing environment and seize the chance. The slogan ‘’ Knowledge Economy,’’ Enhancing Knowledge Competitiveness,’’ ‘’Creative Economy’’ are actually to utilize knowledge management to achieve creation development; to use the transition of the heart and soul to change the systematic thinking; to get rid of the framework of the old thinking in order to seize the change with excellent action and to have a high quality life.
This research is to point out the innovative process of accumulative knowledge through spontaneous organization, convertibility and application. Moreover, the research is to expand the ‘’Knowledge Management Indicator Based on Knowledge Management Strategy’’ through the ‘’Life Cycle of Knowledge’’ to go into the effectiveness of Mandala-Artand Mind Mapping. Importantly, it is to provide suggestions through knowledge management and wish any individuals or organizations are prepared wit strategies while facing this changing world.
