    摘要: 中國大陸的經濟發展自1978年開放改革政策,其發展已與過去大不相同。2008年1月起實施「勞動合同法」,對公司企業經營成長造成了重大壓力。本論文主要是透過內、外部環境分析方法,探討大陸台商面臨環境改變之因應策略。經過分析發現結果如下:一﹒穩定的內部環境,二﹒公平的外部環境,三﹒對於明確的規範有利於企業文化傳承、推動與發展,四﹒競爭力提升,五﹒成本的衝擊。
    台商因應中國大陸環境的變遷而做的調整可分為:一﹒市場方面的改變:經分析評估在工資成本方面,中國大陸的工資成本還是佔即大的優勢。二﹒政策方面的改變:可透過產業轉型與升級來因應。
       本研究透過外部環境分析法,得到以下結論,中國大陸實施「勞動合同法」,對中小企業的台商企業影響較大,可透過採取擴大內需市場、加速產業升級、評估移地生產等策略,並應從企業本身的競爭力提升,擬定適合公司企業的策略進行改革以順應環境的變遷。 本論文經研究發現,公司企業如果提升本身的競爭優勢,可有效解決企業面臨外部環境的改變。
    Since 1978, the economic development of China after it''s reform and opening is defferent to some extent in the past. Implementation of "Law of the People''s Republic of China on Employment Contracts" from Jan 2008 has been formed highly pressure to Enterprise. This research is mainly to use the methods with internal & external environmental analysis, probing into the change of competition. The impacts on Taiwan trader as follows:
    1. Steady inside environment;
    2. Fair external environment condition;
    3. The explicit norm is good for enterprise''s cultural continuity、promoting and developing;
    4. Competitiveness improves;
    5. Impact of the cost.
    Taiwan trader makes the adjustment which does in accordance to China environment vicissitude may devide into : first . change of the market: After analysis and appraisal in the payroll cost, China occupies big superiority. second . change of the policy: can answer by way of industrial reforming and upgrade.
    This research penetrates the analytic approach of the external environment, obtains following conclusion, China''s implementation " Law of the People''s Republic of China on Employment Contracts " affects in a big way to Taiwan traders of small and medium-sized enterprises, tactics of can expand domestic demnad on the market, accelerate the industry updrading, assessment and produce moving through adopting etc., should also improve from enterprise''s own competitivenesses, draft the tactics suitable for the incorporated business carry on the reform in order to the changes of complying with the environment. This thesis passes the finding, if enterprise promotes intself competitive advantage, but addressing enterprise face the external environment effectively.
