    Abstract: 交流分析理論最特殊的地方即是:兼顧著處理內在世界以及人際世界(interpersonal and intrapersonal )之間的衝突和彼此的關連。作為心理治療理論而言,其可觀察性十分明確,因此令許多人對於交流分析理論抱持著濃厚的興趣。現在,交流分析理論不只用於心理治療,運用在企業組織、教育和諮商當中,也是十分好用的工具。
    The unique part of Transactional Analysis Theory is dealing with conflicts and connections between interpersonal and intrapersonal. As a theory of psychotherapy, it is obviously observable and therefore attracts many people’s interest in this field. In present, Transactional Analysis is not only can be applied to psychotherapy, also can be an efficient communication tool applied in any organization, education institute and coaching.
