    摘要: 本研究旨在探討女性退休後其休閒生活的內容及轉變。由於退休者於退休後可能會面臨20至30年的退休生活，退休者在踏入退休階段將擁有大量的休閒時間，休閒對退休者來說可能是生活的重心，甚至是生活的全部。然而，早期女性的休閒重心以家庭為考量，大部分的休閒生活以家人與小孩的需求為準，或是依循男性的休閒模式為優先，女性通常容易淪為照顧者的角色而喪失休閒的機會與權利。但是，隨著女性角色的提升與改變，不論在職場或家中，女性休閒的空間與時間界線逐漸模糊，再加上女性休閒生活的安排為近年來許多研究逐漸進行的議題。因此，本研究試圖達到下列目的：

    一、探討女性休閒主要影響因素及其與退休休閒生活的關係；
    二、描述女性於退休後的休閒未來圖像。

    經由文獻的整理及訪談發現影響女性退休休閒生活的重要因素有家庭、健康及配偶，本研究即以此三要素對退休女性的休閒生活進行探討，進而以未來學的情節分析法描繪出四個女性退休後的休閒未來圖像。
    The purpose of this research is to discuss the leisure lives and transitions of retired women. Due to longer lifespan and increased health have enabled people to have twenty to thirty years of retired lives, leisure could be the core, or even the whole life for retirees. However, most of the leisure lives of early women were based on their family’s and children’s need, or in compliance with male’s leisure model, women often play a supervising role without having any chance to relax themselves. Nevertheless, with the cognition of women upgrading and changing, the limit of space and time are gradually blurred. Moreover, arranging women’s leisure lives has been an issue researched for many years. Therefore, this research attempts to achieve following goals:

    1. Discuss the relationships between the main effect of female’s leisure and their retiring leisure lives.
    2. Depict the future images of female retiring leisure lives.

    Through the reference and interview, the main effect of female retiring leisure lives are family, health and spouse are discovered. This research is to discuss the leisure lives of retired women based on these three elements, using scenarios to depict four future images of female retiring leisure lives.
