摘要:	英語閱讀能力為研究生必備技能，然而非英語系研究生較不熟悉英語內容，又得迅速提昇自己的英語閱讀能力以閱讀大量原文資料，學生因此產生英語閱讀困難。為此，大專院校應幫助學生解決英語閱讀困難，提供學生學習如何閱讀英語書籍的技巧。本研究目的為分析非英語系研究生英語閱讀困難與需求，進而設計與發展英語閱讀策略數位學習課程，並且評鑑課程之學習者滿意度。本研究主要產出英語閱讀策略數位學習課程，故採用設計本位研究，歷經分析、設計、發展、實施、評鑑。於分析階段以文獻資料為基礎，透過焦點團體訪談與問卷調查，分析學習者實際面臨的英語閱讀困難，並諮詢專家意見，確認學習內容範圍。研究結果顯示，非英語系研究生之英語閱讀困難原因前三者為「單字不熟悉或太多」、「文句太長導致無法順利拆解句子」，以及「礙於字彙能力導致閱讀速度太慢」。然而閱讀為認知的歷程，本課程首先澄清學習者對於英語閱讀的迷思，學習內容包含（1）澄清觀念；（2）掌握範圍；（3）略讀；（4）掃描；（5）確認與反思。本研究產出成品為非同步、自學式網路課程，課程架構有學習內容、FAQ、相關資源、討論等四大部份。以分析階段之基礎，設計與發展研究生英語閱讀策略數位學習課程，並實施課程成品。於評鑑階段進行訪談，分析學習者滿意度以及進行專家評鑑。綜整研究結果得知，學習者對此英語閱讀策略數位學習課程持正向態度。本研究具體成果實際提供給淡江大學非英語系所之研究生使用，且可解決研究生英語閱讀的困難。 The aims of this study are to investigate the difficulties in reading English, needs assessment, and to design and develop an e-learning English reading strategy course for non-English major graduate students. Fundamental to this research attempts to solve the difficulties in reading English for non-English major graduate students. Graduate students must possess the ability to read a lot of English texts. Universities should provide courses on “learning how to read” for graduate students in order to overcome their difficulties in reading English. Based on the purposes addressed above, a design-based research method is adopted. The research process includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results of the study indicated that vocabulary and grammar are the reasons of the difficulties in reading English texts. However, reading is a cognitive process. Students should be clarified with their notion of English reading. Hence, the framework of the e-learning English reading strategy course includes a) clarify the notion, b) identify the topic, c) skimming, d) scanning, e) comprehension and reflection. This study may serve non-English major graduate students studying at Tamkang University, who are seeking ways to improve their English reading strategies.
