    Abstract: 隨著資訊與網路技術的發展,藉由網際網路進行線上測驗、評分與即時回饋得以實現,並可結合多媒體的呈現,讓測驗更活潑、更接近真實情境。而在一個完整的教學課程中「評量」與「教學」是不可分割的兩個主要活動,因此一個健全的網路教學平台中的題庫以及測驗編輯系統是不可或缺的,隨者線上學習活動的日益蓬勃以及SCORM數位學習規範的訂定,數位課程與學習系統的發展趨勢已朝向跨平台以及標準化的方向,然而SCORM目前仍無測驗以及試題內容交換的相關規範,因此當課程轉換到不同平台時之前辛苦建立的題庫便必須重新建置,造成人力以及時間上的浪費。
    因此本研究提出以IMS QTI規範為基礎的試題交換機制,實作一套符合QTI規範的多媒體測驗與編輯系統,在實作上利用PHP撰寫編輯界面與存取資料庫,並利用DOM解析、建立QTI的試題資訊達到題庫匯入與匯出的目的;在試題內容的呈現方面,則透過Flash MX 2004的ActionScript2.0以及XFactor Studio所開發Xpth類別進行QTI的解析與資料的檢索,然後將試題內容呈現在試卷界面中。
    “Testing” and “teaching” are two main activities in a course. Test bank and test editing system should be provided in a platform; combining with multimedia, test can be more interesting and reality. However, there is no standard for exchanging test contents like SCORM, which is for task content exchanging among different platforms. When courses change to the other platform, the test banks have to rebuilding.

    The study proposes a test exchanging model based on IMS QTI, and makes a multimedia testing and editing system which is conform to QTI. The researcher writes editing interface and restore databank with PHP; using DOM to import and export the test data. ActionScript 2.0 of Flash MX 2004 and Xpth are used to analyze and retrieve data, then present the test in the test-sheet interface.

    Besides developing a test editing system, the study packages the system in Moodle. Users can easily set up the module to Moodle, and editing, managing multimedia test with this system. Most important of all, the test can be exchanged and shared with each other.
