    Abstract: 中國陶瓷藝術歷史久遠,但現代陶藝教學開始風行於國小美勞教育,卻是近二十年的事;因為現代陶藝教育開發得晚,導致陶藝教育專家短缺、陶藝教學資料零散不全、陶藝史料欠缺,所以陶藝教育在國小教育一直無法深耕發展,有鑑於此,有了成立「薪火相傳--陶藝教學資源網」的想法,希望透過網站的建置,協助教師授課,並做為教師教學互享交流的園地,以增長陶瓷藝術的視野。
    Researchers of ceramics learning, especially in elementary educational field, have been often suggested that learners’ preconceived beliefs about ceramics instruction would likely affect their use of ceramics learning strategies and ultimate success in ceramics learning. However, factors such as lack of ceramic experts, ceramic history data and imperfect ceramics instruction information may result in unsuccessful teaching and learning in ceramics education. Therefore, the main purpose of the study attempts to establish a ceramics educational resource net to assist teachers and students in learning ceramics.
    In order to understand the needs of teaching and learning in ceramics, this study conducted a survey, comprised of two sets of questionnaires and interviews concerning students learning and teachers teaching. The analysis of the questionnaires was conducted in order to analyze, develop, and design the ceramics educational resource net
    The result shows:
    1. It is vital to establish a ceramics educational resource net to make up for the lack of
    ceramics instruction.
    2. Future work will hopefully enhance ceramics instruction concern.
    3. The ceramics educational resource net is beneficial for learning, teaching and
    4. The potential of teaching platform selection, net establishing groups and teachers
    community need further exploration.
    5. Ceramics education should be continuative and sustainable.
