    Abstract: 近年來國內教育制度不斷改革,學校行政人員的工作更趨複雜,研究者本著應善用電腦科技之便並導入知識管理的概念,以十信高中註冊組長為例設計並發展一套輔助學校行政人員工作之電子績效支援系統,本研究之目的為:(一)探究輔助十信高中註冊組長行政工作之電子績效支援系統的功能架構及系統內涵;(二)提供十信高中註冊組長傳承行政工作之知識經驗的環境與管道。
    In recent years, domestic education system continuously reforms, and work of school administrators is more complicated. With convenience of making good use of computer technology and the concept of conducting into knowledge management, the researcher took the Chief of Registrar of Shixin high school for example to design and develop a set of Electronic Performance Support System to assist school administrator’s work. The purpose of this study is: (I) to investigate the functional structure and system connotations of Electronic Performance Support System which assists administrative work of the Chief of Registrar of Shixin high school; (II) to provide the environment and pipeline of knowledge and experience of handing down administrative work for the Chief of Registrar of Shixin high school.
    In the process of the study, we followed the ISD(instructioanl system design) model and experienced four phases - analysis, design, development, and evaluation. First, we conducted the analysis of case needs, user analysis, task analysis, resources and constraints analysis, and analysis of environmental technology. Based on the analysis results, we designed and developed the structure and content of system function that we wanted to construct in this study and planned the major support tasks: semester registration, enrollment operations, recommendation operation of university recommended qualifying examination, and grant application of tuition and other fees. Other auxiliary functions include 5 items: note and settings, important legislation, website links, other application program, and questions and answers. After completing the systems establishment, finally, we conducted user evaluation to understand the applicability and deficiencies of the system as a reference to system amendment.
    We aimed at the research issues to propose conclusions of this study: (I) The information, methods and tools Electronic Performance Support System uses to enhance user performance are: 1. To provide the necessary documents, forms, and related information of the tasks and guide users to complete work through flow charts and descriptions. 2. Use computer program designs to automatically implement minute and complicated classification, sorting, statistics, comparison, operations, report form printing statements, etc. 3. Combine computers with the characteristic of rapid and facilitate of Internet as auxiliary tools. 4. Use a single interface to integrate related information, pictures, software, tools, websites, advice into the system. (II) Through integrated work environment, including the work flow chart of tasks, step explanation and attention, document models, document filling and description, and other components, as well as the function of "questions and answers," we help users to hand down knowledge and experience of school administrative work. (III) The functional structure and system content of "Electronic Performance Support System used to assist the Chief of Registrar of Shixin high school" constructed by this study are complete, but some of the functions and content need to be improved.
