    Abstract: 近年來國內外大力推動以數位學習的方式進行訓練,電腦技能領域之數位教材開發需求累增, 使用效能意旨使用者介面之易用度,影響學習者使用意願與學習成效。有鑑如此本研究冀望能夠建構技能領域的數位學習教材擬出一套使用效能之評鑑量表,協助教材開發前教學設計的參考依據,更可以作為專家進行專家評鑑使用效能參考之用,最終能夠提供數位學習教材改善的方向。

    本研究首先經由文獻探討的方式,彙整出初步的使用效能原則和細項指標,作為第一回合德懷術問卷的內容,並經過15位專家共3回合德懷術問卷調查,取得專家趨一致性的意見,建構出本研究「技能領域數位學習教材使用效能評鑑量表」,共計9項使用效能原則,與60細項指標。

    技能領域數位學習教材之使用效能評鑑原則共有9項分別是「學習狀態可見性」、「符合性與一致性」、「學習者控制與彈性」、「錯誤操作預防、診斷與修復」、「學習導引與理解性」、「感官情緒滿意」、「協助與說明文件」、「示範與練習」、「學習評量」,協助學習者能夠達到最佳的學習成效。

    根據研究結果,提出對技能領域數位學習使用效能評鑑量表之應用與後續研究的建議,期望國人更加重視使用效能之議題,以提升數位學習之成效。
    In recent years, using E-Learning as the main method of training has been promoted significantly both domestically as well as internationally. Development needs increase exponentially for psychmotor Domain e-Lerarning courses.”Usability”means the user interface ease to use. It affects user pleasure and effectiveness of E-Learning. Therefore, this study is Construction of the Evaluation Scale for E-Learning Usability Testing in Psychmotor Domain, to support the herustic evaluation.

    This study begins with the relevant literature review and develops the first Delphi technique questionnaire, and then invites 15 experts as panelists for Delphi study. Conducting three times of Delphi technique questionnaire survey, a consensus from the experts was obtained and the “The Evaluation Scale for E-Learning Usability Testing in Psychmotor Domain” was established. The evaluation Scale consists of Nine Priciples , and 60 indicators were detailed divided. The results are listed as follows:

    The Evaluation Scale for E-Learning Usability Testing in Psychmotor Domain consist of nine Priciples are “Visibility of learning status”、“ March and Consistency”、 “Learner control and Flexibility”、“Help learner recognize, diagnose, and recover from error”、 “Learner guild and understandability”、”Satisfaction”、“Help and Documentation”、 “Demonstration and Pratice”、 “Evaluation”, to help the learner to get the best learning effectiveness.

    Based on the results, suggestions on the application of the Evaluation Scale for E-Learning Usability Testing in Psychmotor Domain and further research were provided. The E-Learning effectiveness evaluation was expected to be emphasized so as to advance the evaluation levels in the future.
