    Abstract: 本研究目的旨在瞭解淡江大學教育科技系數位學習碩士在職專班方案的實施現況與成效,分析方案缺失的成因,作為改善教學之依據,進而提升數位學習碩士在職專班教學品質。
    本研究針對淡江大學教育科技系數位學習碩士在職專班的四位教師與八位學習者,透過訪談、觀察與文件分析等方式蒐集其對課程內容、教學設計、設備與資源、人員服務、師資、參與專班後所產生的影響等意見。
    本研究結果發現:
      一、課程內容符合學習者需求,但選修課程沒有選擇性。
      二、所安排的教學活動能協助學習者瞭解課程內容,但須教師適時給予引導。 
      三、部分教學平台的功能設計不佳與網路頻寬不足,造成使用上的不便。
      四、助理與助教所提供的服務能協助教學與學習。
      五、教師在專業知識與策略安排表現優異,能協助學習者學習。
      六、學費昂貴、學習者畢業後薪資提敘不公、淡江大學教育科技系教師教學負擔增加等問題,可能成為數位學習碩士在職專班往後發展的阻礙。
    最後依據研究結果針對專班與未來研究方向提出具體建議。
    This study aims to realize the current status and effects of the e-learning executive master program offered by the department of educational technology at TamKang University. The findings may assist the department in gaining insights to the causes of success and fault, which consequently pave the foundations for quality improvement of the e-learning executive master program at department of educational technology, TamKang University.
    The study utilizes a qualitative research method. The data collecting methods include interview, observation and document analysis. Data collection mainly focuses on six categories, namely course content, instructional design, equipment and resource, instructional staff and provided services, faculty, as well as the effect of participating the e-learning program at Tamkang University. The research participants are four teachers who have been involved in the planning or teaching in the program as well as eight learners who have been enrolled in the e-learning master program.
    The following presents the findings of the present study:
    1.The content of curriculum meet learners’ requirement, but students have limited choices of elective courses.
    2.The instructional activities can assist learners in realizing the course materials, but the teachers need to provide guidances from time to time to maximize the effect of the course activities.
    3.The insufficient of the bandwidth and improper functional design impede the instructional as well as learning processes.
    4.The assistance that the online tutors provided facilitates the teaching and learning processes.
    5.The faculty is found to equip with excellent domain knowledge and instructional skills which facilitate the learning process.
    6.The factors negatively influencing the future development of the e-learning executive master program at Tamkang are: (a) high tuition expenses, (b) the unjust salary calculation rules after graduation, and (c) the increased teaching load for the faculty who teach the e-learning program.
    Finally, based on the findings of the present study, suggestions for master program and future studies are presented.
