    Abstract: 近年來政府投入大量的經費致力推動國內數位學習產業的發展,大專院校、產業界也紛紛投入數位學習建設,數位學習在高等教育之應用已被廣泛使用,學習亦可需經由遠距學習取得碩士學位或學分,更顯示應重視線上學習的成效與教育品質;在線上學習當中,影響線上學習者之因素除了教材本身的優劣之外,線上教師的帶領更是影響學習者線上學習成功與否的關鍵要素,但線上教師與傳統教師所具備之職能有所差異,如線上教師需特別強調不同的教學方法、課程規劃經營以及使用科技等,因此,線上教師之培訓將有別於傳統教學,且更有其必要性。故本研究目的為設計與發展「大專院校線上教師訓練」之課程,並評鑑課程之成效。
    本研究主要是運用設計發展研究法,先以文獻分析與訪談界定需求,進而設計教學策略與發展課程,接著再實施為期兩週實體與線上之混成課程,期間共有16位大學教師參加,接著進行本課程之形成性評鑑,並以學習者滿意度以及專家評鑑探究課程之成效。根據研究結果得知,參加教師與教學專家對本研究之線上教師訓練課程之規劃與教材設計,皆持正面看法與回饋,其中亦肯定本課程對日後線上教學之幫助。
    本研究發展之線上教師訓練課程,期能協助有意願發展線上教學的大專院校教師,作為開課前的準備與提升其線上教學之品質與成效,進而促成更優良的線上學習環境。
    The aim of this study is to develop a training course for e-instructors in higher education. In recent years, e-Learning has been highly emphasized by industry, government and academy. E-Learning in higher education has already been used extensively. Students are allowed to get a master’s degree or a credit by taking online courses, resulting in more demand and attention put on the quality and effectiveness of e-Learning. It is believed that a competent e-instructor is the key to successful e-Learning. The researcher developed the training course to enhance the e-instructors’ competency in adopting technology, planning lessons, and so on.
    The training course was developed on the basis of the ADDIE model. The researcher defined the needs, designed instructional strategies, and developed the training course. Sixteen teachers of higher education participated in this study. Finally, a formative evaluation was conducted. Both participants and experts had positive views toward this training course for e-instructors, and they thought the course was helpful as well.
