本研究旨在瞭解師資培育政策之開放及少子化現象對修習教育學程學生未來就業機會的影響,並提出相關因應措施。本研究以問卷調查法及訪談法為主要研究方法,問卷方面針對台灣目前修習教育學程學生進行問卷調查,共計15所學校發出1,000份,問卷回收558份,有效問卷555份,回收率55.8%。訪談方面選取4位師資培育中心主任及一位學者專家受訪。 最後綜合文獻、問卷調查與訪談所得之資料,獲致以下的結論: 一、開放師資培育政策值得肯定,但執行上稍嫌寬鬆 二、各校師資培育中心品質管控不一 三、教育主管機關對師資供需情況未能適時反映,誤導學生學習意願 四、開放師資培育政策對修習教育學程學生未來從事教職機會有影響 五、少子化現象不僅衝擊修習教育學程學生未來擔任教職機會,對教育生態環境亦有所影響 六、不同背景變項修習教育學程學生以「擔任教職」為主要修習目的,「擔任台灣地區中小學教職」為主要選擇之就業機會 The purpose of this study is to realise diversification of channels of teacher education and low fertility affect to the students’s employment opportunity who study of the Education Program and how can they Improve it. The main method of the study is questionnaire survey and interview, the study sample 1,000 students who study Education Program at 15 universities in Taiwan. A total of 555 valid samples yielded a return rate of 55.8%.Interview four chief of center of Teacher Education and one scholar. In terms of data from literature review and questionnaire survey and interview, conclusions have been reached as follows: First, diversification of channels of teacher education is affirmative, however it is still too loose to bring it into force. Second, each center of Teacher Education quality control is different. Third, management department of education is unable to react on the situation of supply and demand of teacher. Fourth, diversification of channels of teacher education will influence the students who study Education Program and want to be a teacher in the future. Five, low fertility phenomenon is not only will make a impact on the opportunities for students who are studying Education Program, but also it will have effect on the environment of education. Finally, The opportunity of being a teacher that teach at primary or junior high school in Taiwan is a major purpose for the students’ demographic variables who study Education Program.
