在變遷快速與瞬息萬變的年代，面對當前教育改革政策的各項挑戰，校長身負教育改革與學校創新的重責，必須維繫學校辦學品質與永續發展。榮獲教育部領導卓越獎之校長以嶄新務實的策略與作為，創立學校特色，提升辦學的品質。本研究即以九十三學年度至九十六學年度台北縣市九位領導卓越獎得獎校長為研究對象，透過深度訪談與文件佐證之方法，探討領導卓越校長們如何型塑學校經營管理理念，展現其優質專業知能，建構優質的學校經營管理策略，引領學校面對未來挑戰，研究結論如下： 一、領導卓越校長能掌握學校優勢，發展出符合教育目標的學校經營管理理念。 二、領導卓越校長能提供學生多元體驗活動，兼顧適性陶冶與關懷弱勢。 三、領導卓越校長能推動建構教學成長機制，激勵教師參與專業團體。 四、領導卓越校長能整合各項資源支援協助，積極爭取計畫方案經費。 五、校長應時時涵養知識財量，適時將其轉化為關鍵能力展現。 六、領導卓越校長認為永續提升自我專業成長，將有助強化領導與策略的運作。 七、領導卓越校長認為身為校長，要體認現今的教育生態，時時不忘初衷。 根據上述研究結論，本研究給予教育行政機關在校長培育及進修規劃上之建言，並對現任及初任校長在學校經營管理與專業知能上提出建議，最後針對本研究未迨之處對後續研究提出若干建議。 In this changeable age, in order to confront with the challenges from the revolution of educational policies, principals have responsibility to reform education and school innovation, they must maintain school achievement and development. The principals have the honor to get leadership excellence awards from the Ministry of Education, they established uniqueness of their schools and achieved their school performances with innovative and practical strategies. The study selected nine subjects from public elementary principals in Taipei who won Principal’s Excellent Leadership Award in 2004-2007. Through in-depth interviews and reviewing the related school documents to verify the interview results, this study discussed how the excellent principals develop their concepts of school management, present their professional and excellent abilities, construct the great management strategies of school, and lead their schools to face the challenge of future. The major research findings include: 1.Principals with Excellent Leadership knew the advantages of the school and developed the concepts of school conforming to the educational goal. 2.Principals with Excellent Leadership provided a variety of activities for students, regarding both the aptitude cultivation and the consideration for the minor groups. 3.Principals with Excellent Leadership boosted and constructed educational improvement system by encouraging teachers to participate in professional organizations. 4.Principals with Excellent Leadership integrated all kinds of resources, offered assistances and devoted to applying funds for projects. 5.Principals with Excellent Leadership should maintain their knowledge capital and made most of it in good time. 6.Principals with Excellent Leadership conceived the permanently self-evaluation and self-improvement to help reinforce the implementation of leadership and strategies. 7.Principals with Excellent Leadership considered that being a principal should realize the importance of experiencing the contemporary educational environment and of always remembering the original intension. According to the conclusions stated above, this study provided recommendations for principals’ professional development programs, offered suggestions of school management and profession to present and beginning principals and finally researcher aimed at the lack of this study offering some recommendations to future researches.
