    Title: 國小社會學習領域教科書評鑑規準之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討、建立一套完整的國民小學社會學習領域教科書評鑑規準及權重,並提出建議以作為相關單位改進教科書審查評鑑之參佐。
    為完成本研究目的,在研究設計上,先用文獻探討法,探討教科書評鑑的性質、意義起源及各國教科書編輯制度;再用理論分析法,探討教科書評鑑規準的建立原則、程序、策略、內涵分析、計分方式、及權重與分類;之後用Delphi法,實際徵詢專家對社會科教科書評鑑規準的看法,以建立可用的評鑑規準;最後用AHP法,建立國小社會學習領域教科書可用評鑑規準的權重。
    一、結論:
    1.國民小學社會學習領域教科書評鑑規準有四個屬性層面,二十五個規準項目。
    2.應用德懷術與階層分析法,進行國小社會學習領域教科書評鑑規準之篩選與權重順序。
    3.實徵建構之國民小學社會學習領域教科書評鑑規準,其具有相當高的參考性。
    二、建議:
    本研究特依研究發現,研提一套國民小學社會科教科書評鑑教科書評鑑檢核表,並針對實務應用及後續相關研究方面,各分別提出十一項建議,以供相關行政單位、人員參考。
    (一)實務應用方面
    1. 充分應用本研究所建構之評鑑規準,進行國民小學社會學習領域
    教科書之評鑑。
    2. 把握社會學習領域「內容組織」之重要特性,提升教科書的整體品
    質。
    3. 思考「社會文化屬性」在多元社會中的重要性,並反映在社會領
    域教科書中。
    4. 辦理評鑑工作研習,以充實評鑑人員之評鑑知能,並對評鑑規準
    建立一致的共識。
    5. 加強教師評鑑和選擇教科書的能力。
    (二)後續研究方面
    1. 加強教科書評鑑規準理論基礎之研究。
    2. 增加評鑑規準之試驗性研究程序。
    3. 應用其他統計方式建構教科書評鑑規準的權重。
    4. 分別針對教師手冊、學生習作甚至教學媒體訂定評鑑規準。
    5. 有系統的按不同學習階段,分別從事國民小學社會學習領域教科
    書評鑑規準的建構工作。
    6. 不同學術單位,可依其個別之需求(編修、審查、選用)分別進
    行教科書評鑑規準之建構工作。
    The research aims at exploring and constructing a complete set of evaluation criteria and weights for social study textbook in elementary schools and providing suggestions for the reference of related authorities and personnel to improve the evaluation of textbook audit.
    To reach the purposes of the research, the research are designed as follows:
    1.Adopting literature review to explore the textbook compilation system in other countries and the properties, meanings and origins of textbook evaluation.
    2.Exploring the constructive principles, procedures, strategies, content analysis, scoring, weights and classification of textbook evaluation criteria by using theory analysis method.
    3.Employing Delphi to establish practicable evaluation criteria by consulting experts about the evaluation criteria for social study textbook.
    4.Using AHP to explore the weights of evaluation criteria for social study textbook in elementary school.
    Conclusion:
    1.The social study textbook in elementary schools can be evaluated by 4 first- grade criteria, 25 second-grade criteria.
    2.The study adopted Delphi technique & Analytic Hierarchy Process to explore and construct a complete set of evaluation criteria.
    3.The established evaluation criteria of the textbook of the social study in elementary schools, from the study process and result, were proved to be highly feasible.
    Suggestion:
    In addition, the research makes up one set of evaluation checking lists for social study textbook in elementary schools according to research findings. Also, the research provides administration authorities and personnel in related fields with eleven items of suggestions for the reference in practical application and the further research.
    1.On the aspect of research results application:
    (1)To apply the evaluation criteria of this research sufficiently, and carry out the textbook evaluation of social study.
    (2)To seize the important characteristics of content’s organization of social study and promote the whole quality of textbook.
    (3)To think about the importance of social culture attribute in the diversity society, and reflect it in the textbook of society study.
    (4)To held the evaluation workshop to enhance the evaluation knowledge of evaluators.
    (5)To promote the teacher evaluation and teachers’ ability of choosing textbooks.
    2.On the aspect of further study:
    (1)To strengthen the researches of the theoretical foundation of textbook evaluation criteria.
    (2)To increase the experimental research procedure of evaluation criteria.
    (3) To apply other statistics methods in constructing the weight of textbook evaluation criteria.
    (4)To construct evaluation criteria of teacher’s guidance, student’s work and instructional media.
    (5) To construct the evaluation criteria of social study textbook in elementary schools systematically according to different learning stages.
    (6)Academic institutions can construct the evaluation criteria according to individual needs of evaluation, such as adjusting, examining and choosing textbook.
