一、結論： 1. 用階層分析法幫助我們明瞭，目前校長與教師對教育政重 視之優先順序。 2. 反應臺北市國民中學九年一貫實施情況。 3. 回饋各校對教育指標等政策執行之成效。 二、建議： 1. 教育行政機關應將優質教育指標發展納入長期計畫，積極推 動優質教育指標政策之應用，並發展「教師有效教學」綜合性指 標為首要。 2. 將國民中學學校優質指標列入學校本位校務發展計畫，運用 指標提升有效教學、檢視九年一貫學力表現之進展，協助學校朝 向優質教育發展。 3. 實成立專責單位並編列預算支援優質教育指標之研究。 The goals of this study are to utilize Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), consider the present situation and character of educational system at Taipei City and offer the reasonable and correct “Quality school indicators” of junior high schools at Taipei City through literature analysis and referring to the experiences how they set up performance indicators of middle school in other countries. The results of research are for school evaluation at Taipei City and policymakers as reference. In addition, this study proposes the research results and discussions for application of excellent school indicators system of junior high schools at Taipei City. This study analyzes educational goals and connotations of junior high schools, the conception of excellent indicators, and the opinions of principals and teachers etc in order. This study integrates every educational indicators and application with excellent evaluation indicators system of junior high schools at Taipei City.
Conclusion: 1.The study adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process to realizedthose principals and teachers the priority ranking for educational policy for the current. 2.To reflected the implementation of Nine-year Integrated Curriculum in Taipei Junior high school. 3.The feedback implementation of educational policy in Taipei Junior high school.
Suggestion: 1.Application of research results：is for educational administrative authorities. They should make long term plans of school development according to each indicator,and engaged in promoting teachers’teaching at first. 2.Each school should regard “quality school educational indicators” as school basic development program.They should use the indicators of administrators,students and parents and stride forward the goal of excellent school 3.Practical application： further should establish the professional of organization educational indictors system,and compare with excellent educational indictors system and budget of this study.
