本研究旨在建構陸軍專科學校行政人員工作績效指標。希望在建構陸軍專科學校行政人員工作績效指標後,能運用在國軍軍事校院及各單位行政人員工作績效指標之參考,進而提升個人工作績效及織組績效。 本研究係以陸軍專科學校行政人員為研究對象,透過文獻探討完成工作績效衡量指標篩選,並據以完成指標適合性及重要性問卷設計,實施問卷調查。歸納研究結果如下: 一、工作績效:計有人格特質及道德觀構面(6項指標)、創新與服務構面(3項指標)、工作能力構面(2項指標)、工作成果構面(3項指標)、成長與人際構面(3項指標)及保密與修養構面(2項指標)等6個構面19項指標。 二、各構面權重:人格特質及道德觀構面占33.21%、創新與服務構面占15.46%、工作成果構面占14.88%、成長與人際構面占14.50%、保密與修養構面占11.00%及工作能力構面占10.95%。 最後,本研究擬根據上述研究結果進行分析討論,以形成結論及建議,並提供陸軍專科學校及未來相關研究之參考。 The purpose of this study is to construct the job performance indicators of administrative personnel of the Army Academy which promotes the performance of personnel and organization. The object of this study is administrative personnel of the Army Academy. The index of performance measuring is made from literature research, and the questionnaire survey is consist of 2 dimensions. The results as follows: 1.Job performance: there are 6 dimensions (19 indices) in the performance. Include of characteristic and moral aspect (6 indices), innovation and service (3 indices), capability (2 indices), work effects (3 indices), human communication and growth (3 indices), security and tutelage (2 indices). 2.The weight of each dimension: characteristic and moral aspect accounts for 33.21%, innovation and service accounts for 15.46%, work effects accounts for 14.88%, human communication and growth accounts for 14.50%, security and tutelage accounts for 11.00% and capability accounts for 10.95%. Finally, the findings above that I conclude from the analysis and discussion in this research will provide the Army Academy and future reference.
