    摘要: 本研究旨在建構陸軍專科學校行政人員工作績效指標。希望在建構陸軍專科學校行政人員工作績效指標後,能運用在國軍軍事校院及各單位行政人員工作績效指標之參考,進而提升個人工作績效及織組績效。
    The purpose of this study is to construct the job performance indicators of administrative personnel of the Army Academy which promotes the performance of personnel and organization.
    The object of this study is administrative personnel of the Army Academy. The index of performance measuring is made from literature research, and the questionnaire survey is consist of 2 dimensions. The results as follows:
    1.Job performance: there are 6 dimensions (19 indices) in the performance. Include of characteristic and moral aspect (6 indices), innovation and service (3 indices), capability (2 indices), work effects (3 indices), human communication and growth (3 indices), security and tutelage (2 indices).
    2.The weight of each dimension: characteristic and moral aspect accounts for 33.21%, innovation and service accounts for 15.46%, work effects accounts for 14.88%, human communication and growth accounts for 14.50%, security and tutelage accounts for 11.00% and capability accounts for 10.95%.
    Finally, the findings above that I conclude from the analysis and discussion in this research will provide the Army Academy and future reference.
