    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北市國民小學校長的科技領導與教師教學效能之現況及其關係。研究採文獻分析、問卷調查與訪談法進行。首先,蒐集相關文獻,探究校長科技領導與教師教學效能之意義、層面與測量工具;其次利用問卷方式,調查並獲取二者間之現況資料,並分析其關係。再者,針對調查結果設計校長訪談大綱以瞭解實施校長科技領導之具體策略與作法。
    本研究問卷對象為臺北市公立國民小學教師,計抽樣36所學校531位教師,取得有效樣本480份。最後,綜合研究發現做成結論,並提出若干建議供教育單位及未來研究者之參考。歸納本研究結論如下:
    一、臺北市國民小學教師知覺校長科技領導與教師教學效能的現況均屬中高程度。
    二、臺北市國民小學教師知覺校長科技領導會因教師年資、職務、學校規模與學校歷史之不同而有顯著差異。
    三、臺北市國民小學教師知覺教師教學效能會因教師性別、年齡、年資、職務、與學校歷史之不同而有顯著差異。
    四、臺北市國民小學校長科技領導與教師教學效能具有顯著正相關。
    五、臺北市國民小學校長科技領導,以「願景、計畫與管理」、「評鑑與研究」對整體教師教學效能具有預測作用。
    The purpose of this study is to research the situation and relationship between elementary school principals'' technology leadership and elementary school teachers'' teaching effectiveness in Taipei City. The research methods include documentary analysis, questionnaire survey and interview. First, to understand the meaning, aspects and measurement in elementary school principals'' technology leadership and elementary school teachers'' teaching effectiveness by analyzing related documents. Second, to investigate, obtain information, and to analyze the relationship between the two by conducting a questionnaire survey. Finally, to know specific strategies and methods of principals'' technology leadership by concluding results of the survey and interview.
    Subjects of the questionnaire survey are 531 public elementary school teachers selected from 36 schools in Taipei City. Data of 480 valid respondents is analyzed, and conclusions of this research are as follows:
    1. The current situation of principals'' technology leadership and teachers'' teaching effectiveness of elementary schools are slightly higher above the middle level in Taipei City.
    2. There are significant differences in elementary school teachers'' perception of elementary school principals'' technology leadership according to different seniority, position, scale and history of school in Taipei City.
    3. There are significant differences in elementary school teachers'' perception of teaching effectiveness according to different gender, age, seniority, position, scale and history of school in Taipei City.
    4. There are high positive correlations between principals'' technology leadership and teachers'' teaching effectiveness of elementary schools in Taipei City.
    5. The aspects of ''vision, planning and management'' and ''evaluation, research, and assessment'' of elementary principals'' technology leadership can make major prediction of the whole teachers'' teaching effectiveness in Taipei City.
    Based on conclusions, this research proposes some suggestions for principals of elementary schools and further researchers.
