根據研究結果，對學生宿舍提出各項建議，供相關單位及未來研究之參考。 The purpose of this study is using the concept of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to explore the service quality of the university dormitory quality. The study instruments are self-designed questionnaires- “The service quality expectation and satisfaction in the Tamkang University dormitory questionnaire” and “The related matrix questionnaire of the quality in the Tamkang University dormitory”. Use of two questionnaires to investigate the boarders’ expectation degree, satisfaction degree, disparity and important value corrected degree of service quality those provided from Tamkang University’s dormitory. The results were as following: 1.Present situation of the requirement for quality of the Tamkang University’s dormitory. (1)The boarders of students'' dormitory of Tamkang University have the high expectation to the dormitory quality. (2)The boarders’ satisfaction to quality of the students’ dormitory of Tamkang University possesses the positive view. (3)The boarders of students'' dormitory of Tamkang University still have the disparity between the expectation and the satisfaction. (4)The managers of Tamkang University’s dormitory can view the result of requirement for quality as the improvement direction.
2.The managers of Tamkang University’s dormitory can view the design parameters as the direction to manage development of students'' dormitory.
According to the findings, this thesis makes some suggestions to colleges, universities and educational administrative organizations.
