    Abstract: 在本研究旨在探討軍事院校校長領導風格與領導效能的關係。採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,依相關文獻編製預試問卷並進行預試,而後根據預試結果完成「軍事院校校長領導風格與領導效能關係調查問卷」,在8所高等教育層級之軍事基礎院校中,共抽取320位教官、教師及教育行政人員為樣本,回收有效問卷共310份。以SPSS for Windows 12.0中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採描述性統計分析、t考驗與單因子變異數分析、薛費法事後比較分析及皮爾森積差相關等方法進行問卷統計分析。
    根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、軍事院校成員所知覺的校長領導風格大致趨於多元化及正向,其中以「人和型」、「民主開放型」及「人性關懷型」領導風格的知覺程度最高。
    二、軍事院校成員所知覺的校長領導效能大致良好。
    三、軍事院校校長領導風格與不同學校背景變項、成員年齡、服務年資及專長類別上具有顯著差異。
    四、軍事院校校長領導效能與學校類型、學校所在地、成員年齡、軍事學資及服務年資上具有顯著差異。
    五、軍事院校校長領導風格與領導效能呈現高度相關。
    根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供軍事教育主管機關、軍事院校校長及未來研究者之參考。
    The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between military colleges and universities presidents’ leadership styles and leadership effectiveness. Questionnaires assessing military colleges and universities presidents’ leadership styles and effectiveness were completed by 320 faculty members. Findings of the study were as follow:
    1. Most of the faculty members reported the presidents’ leadership styles were diverse and positive.
    2. Most of the faculty members reported their presidents’ leadership effectiveness was good.
    3. There were significant differences in military colleges and universities presents’ leadership styles based on faculty members’ age, years of experience and specialties.
    4. There were significant differences in the degree of military colleges and universities presents’ leadership effectiveness based on types of the institutions, locations of the institutions, faculty members’ age, military academic credits and years of experience.
    5. Military colleges and universities presidents’ leadership style and leadership effectiveness were highly correlated.
    The study concluded with several suggestions for educational authorities, military colleges and universities presidents and the future researcher.
