    Abstract: 本研究旨在為瞭解目前國民小學教師的全球觀知能與態度之現況。本研究依據研究目的蒐集分析相關文獻,再進一步設計調查問卷,針對目前國民小學在職教師進行問卷調查。研究對象為台北縣的現職公立國民小學教師,總計問卷共寄發540份,回收樣本401份,有效樣本387份,回收率71.7%。依據問卷結果進行統計分析與討論。本研究結論如下:
    壹、 台北縣國民小學教師全球觀知能現況為中上。
    貳、 男性教師的全球觀知能優於女性教師。
    參、 學校規模「49-72班」的教師在全球觀知能的表現優於學校規
    模「73班以上」的教師。
    肆、 台北縣國民小學教師全球觀態度現況為優良。
    伍、 教師服務年資愈高全球觀態度的表現愈好。
    陸、 全球觀知能與態度有高度相關。
    根據上述研究結論,本研究提出以下建議:
    壹、對教育行政機關之建議:
    (一)架設全球議題網站,提供全球相關資訊
    (二)檢討課程教材內容,融入全球觀設計
    貳、對師資培育機構之建議:
    (一)檢視全球觀課程內涵,加強對世界各國的認識
    (二)提供全球資訊來源,以利教師獲取全球資訊
    參、對國民小學教師之建議:
    (一) 廣泛閱讀各類書籍雜誌,培養全球資訊獲得的技能
    (二) 組成教師成長團體,廣納多元背景成員
    肆、對後續研究之建議:
    (一) 研究變項可再多做選擇
    (二) 研究問卷編製更全面詳盡的發展
    (三) 研究範圍擴大及對象納入職前教師及師資培育機構的學生
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teachers’ cognition and attitudes of global perspectives.The study was conducted by questionnaires in the base of the documentary analysis. Took the elementary school teachers in Taipei County as study objects. The total samples handed out were 540. Among them, 401 questionnaires were collected and 387 questionnaires were usable. So the rates of collection and usableness were 71.7% . The major findings of the study can be summarized as follows:
    (1) Elementary school teachers’ cognition of global perspectives were between middle to high degree.
    (2) Male teachers’ cognition of global perspectives were better than female.
    (3) The teachers of school scale between 49-72 classes have higher degree in cognition of global perspectives than those are above 73 classes.
    (4) Elementary school teachers’ attitudes of global perspectives were high degree.
    (5) Seniorities are more positive than junior in attitudes of global perspectives.
    (6) Teachers’cognition and attitudes of global perspectives were positively correlated.
    Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for education authorities, teacher training institutions, elementary school teachers and future
    researchers.
