    摘要: 本研究的目的在於探討新竹地區課後托育教師專業能力與角色知覺之現況及不同背景課後托育教師專業能力與角色知覺之差異情形,並探討影響課後托育教師專業能力與角色知覺之關係,最後根據研究結論,提出具體建議,提供課後托育機構及未來研究之參考。
    為了達到上述的研究目的,本研究採調查研究法,並透過文獻分析蒐集、整理、歸納、分析,來探討教師專業能力與角色知覺之相關理論。其次,藉由問卷調查所獲得的資料來瞭解新竹地區課後托育教師專業能力與角色知覺的實際情形。最後,使用相關統計方法,進行資料的分析。
    經過上述的研究,得到以下的結論:
    一、目前新竹縣市課後托育教師專業能力高
    二、新竹縣市課後托育教師知覺在職場上需扮演多元角色。
    三、已婚教師其專業能力程度高於未婚教師。
    四、課後托育教師其專業能力與角色知覺較不受個人背景變項影響
    五、課後托育教師專業能力與角色知覺存有高相關性
    六、課後托育教師專業能力能有效預測教師角色知覺
    最後,本研究針對上述結論,對課後托育機構、教師、師培單位及家長提出建議,期盼以提升教師專業能力進而使教師易於知覺自身扮演的多元角色。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the current situation of the professional competencies and the role perception of the after school child care teachers in Hsinchu area. In addition, the influence of various individual demographic background of the after school child care teachers upon their professional competencies and role perception was study. Finally, relationship between professional competencies and the role perception of after school child care teachers were investigated. Based on the research findings, it hoped that recommendations for the improvement of after school child care institution and further research could be provided.
    To achieve the purposes of this study, related literature was collected and analyzed to explore the relevant theories related to teacher’s professional competencies and the role perception. Besides, questionnaire survey was adopted as the method to collect the needed data. Finally all the collected data was analyzed statistically .
    Based on the data analysis, conclusions were obtained as followed:
    1.The professional competencies of the after school child care teachers in Hsinchu area was high.
    2.The after school child teachers in Hsinchu area percept to play multiple roles.
    3.The professional competencies of the married after school child care teachers were higher than the unmarried teachers.
    4.The influence of various individual demographic background of the after school child care teachers upon their professional competencies and role perception background was not found.
    5.The professional competencies and role perception of the after school child care teachers are high correlation.
    6.The professional competencies can be used to predict the role perception of the after school child care teachers.
