    Title: 桃園縣公私立高中職附設進修學校教師工作滿意之研究

    Abstract: 本研究旨在了解桃園縣境內公私立高中職附設進修學校之教師工作滿意現況,並比較公立與私立高中職附設進修學校教師工作滿意之差異。於參閱相關文獻資料,並經各進修學校主任同意協助後,以自行編製之「高中職附設進修學校教師工作滿意程度調查問卷」,對桃園縣境內15所公私立高中職附設進修學校之180位教師進行問卷調查,並於三週內陸續回收了154份有效問卷,回收率達85.5%。
    根據所得資料,將自變項(性別、年齡、學歷、婚姻狀況、教師資格、職務、年資、兼任行政年資、學校類型、教學類別、學校規模與任教班級平均人數)與依變項(工作環境、工作本身、主管領導、人際關係、升遷考核、薪資福利、組織決策、進修學習、社會地位)予以次數分配、t檢定及單因子變異數分析,並交叉分析比較,以探討各變項對進修學校教師工作滿意的影響,期能對桃園縣境內公私立高中職附設進修學校教師之工作滿意度有一較完整的研究。本研究的主要發現如下列所述:
    一、桃園縣公私立高中職附設進修學校教師之工作滿意度偏高。
    二、桃園縣公私立高中職附設進修學校教師在「人際關係」、「工作本身」、「社會地位」與「薪資福利」四個層面的滿意度高於總平均數;而在「工作環境」、「主管領導」、「組織決策」、「升遷考核」與「進修學習」五個層面的滿意度是低於總平均數。
    三、桃園縣公私立高中職附設進修學校教師在年齡及教學類別兩變項與工作滿意之間出現顯著差異;在性別、婚姻狀況、教師資格、職務、及服務年資五變項與工作滿意之間出現部分差異;在學歷、學校規模及班級平均人數三變項與工作滿意之間則無差異情形出現。
    四、桃園縣私立高中職附設進修學校教師之整體工作滿意度略高於公立高中職附設進修學校教師之整體工作滿意度。
    The purpose of this study was to understand the teacher’s job satisfaction in extension division of high schools, and also to compare the teacher’s job satisfaction from both private and public extension division of high schools in Taoyuan County. The 180 teachers(n=180)from 15 extension division of high schools in Taoyuan County, been chosen to fill the “Questionnaire of the teacher’s job satisfaction in extension division of high schools”. In 3 weeks, 154 questionnaires were sent back.
    The information from the 154 returned questionnaires was used to realize the conditions of the teacher’s job satisfaction by different statistical methods, such as frequency distribution、reliability analysis and one-way ANOVA analysis. The major findings are the following:
    1. The degree of the teacher’s job satisfaction in extension division of high schools in Taoyuan County is high.
    2. The 4 aspects (human relations、working itself、social status and salary benefits) have higher scores than the total average.
    3. Age and teaching subject influence teacher’s job satisfaction. Gender、marriage、teachers’ certification、position、and years of service influence teacher’s job satisfaction partly. Educational achievement、the size of the school and the average amount of the students in class do not influence teacher’s job satisfaction.
    4. The teacher’s job satisfaction in private extension division of high schools is higher than the teacher’s job satisfaction in public extension division of high schools in Taoyuan County.
