    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討國民小學創新經營團隊領導者之人格特質、角色知覺與領導行為,並分析不同個人及團隊背景變項之團隊領導者在人格特質、角色知覺與領導行為各面向的差異情形。研究者以自編問卷,針對參與中華創意發展協會所舉辦之「Inno-School 2007全國學校經營創新獎-國小組」得獎的團隊領導者共121人實施問卷調查。
    本研究中的人格特質包含外向性、開放性、嚴謹性及宜人性等四種特質;角色知覺包含指導輔助者、協調促進者、傳播聯繫者、監督管理者等四種角色;而領導行為則包含魅力、激勵、智能啟發、個別關懷、權宜獎賞、例外管理等六種行為。調查結果經統計分析後獲致以下結論:
    一、團隊領導者之人格特質以「宜人性」之特質最為顯著。
    二、團隊領導者所知覺之角色以「協調促進者」的程度最高。
    三、團隊領導者之領導行為以「權宜獎賞」之領導行為最多。
    四、不同學歷與得獎獎項之團隊領導者在人格特質上有顯著差異。
    五、不同性別與職務之團隊領導者在領導行為上有顯著差異。
    六、團隊領導者之人格特質、角色知覺與領導行為各面向間均有顯著正相關。
    最後根據上述研究結論,本研究提出若干建議,以供學校機關、創新團隊領導者及後續研究之參考。
    The purposes of this study were to investigate personality traits, role perceptions and leadership behaviors of leaders in elementary school innovation management team, and to analye varieties of those personality traits, role perceptions and leadership behaviors due to background variables of team leaders. A questionnaire constructed by this researcher was administered. Subjects of this survey study were 121 leaders of those elementary school teams which participate in 「Inno-School 2007 award competition」sponsered by Taiwan Creativity Development Association.
    Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson’s product-moment correalation were applied for data analysis. Based on results of the survey study, the follwing findings were synthesized:
    1."Agreeableness" was the most significant personality trait for team leaders.
    2."Coordinator and facilitator" was the most significant role perceived by team leaders.
    3."Contingent reward" was the most significant leadership behavior performed by team leaders.
    4.There were significant differences in personality traits due to educational background and award item of team leaders.
    5.There were significant differences in leadership behaviors due to sex and position of team leaders.
    6.There are significant positive correlations among personality traits, role perceptions and leadership behaviors of team leaders.
    Finally, suggestions based on literature review and research findings were proposed for school adminstrators, innovation team leaders as well as further studies.
