    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討臺北縣國小校長領導行為與學校行政人員團隊凝聚力之關係,採用問卷調查法為主要的研究方法,以自編之「臺北縣國小校長領導行為與學校行政人員團隊凝聚力調查表」為研究工具,研究對象為臺北縣國小學校行政人員,有效樣本共393份。所得資料採用SPSS14.0 for Windows統計套裝軟體進行描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元逐步迴歸等統計方法分析。
    根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論:
    一、臺北縣國小學校行政人員知覺校長轉型領導行為情形良好,其中以「魅力影響」的知覺程度最高,而「智識啟發」的知覺程度最低。
    二、臺北縣國小學校行政人員知覺校長互易領導行為情形良好,其中以「主動介入管理」的知覺程度最高,而「被動介入管理」的知覺程度最低。
    三、臺北縣國小學校行政人員團隊凝聚力情形良好,其中以「團隊適應」的知覺程度最高,而「人際吸引」的知覺程度最低。
    四、不同職務與學校規模的學校行政人員所知覺校長轉型領導及互易領導有顯著差異。
    五、不同服務年資、擔任職務及學校規模的學校行政人員團隊凝聚力有顯著差異。
    六、臺北縣國小校長領導行為與學校行政人員團隊凝聚力有顯著正相關。
    七、臺北縣國小校長領導行為能有效預測學校行政人員團隊凝聚力。
    最後根據研究結果與結論,提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、校長及後續研究之參考。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between elementary school principals’ leadership behavior and administrators’ team cohesion in Taipei County. This study was conducted through questionnaires. The samples consisted of 393 elementary school administrators in Taipei County.
    The results of this study are as follow:
    1. Elementary school administrators perceived a high level of principals’ transformational leadership behavior and transactional leadership behavior.
    2. Elementary school administrators reported a strong sense of team cohesion.
    3. There were significant differences in elementary school administrators’ perceptions of principals’ transformational leadership and transactional leadership based on job duty and school size.
    4. There were significant differences in elementary school administrators’ team cohesion based on years of service, job duty and school size.
    5. Elementary school principals’ leadership behavior was significantly related to administrators’ team cohesion.
    6. Elementary school principals’ leadership behavior was a strong predictor of
    administrators’ team cohesion.
    Finally, suggestions based on the above research findings were presented for educational administration authorities, school principals, and the further advanced studies.
