    摘要: 本研究以臺北市96年度參與優質學校評選活動行政管理類之國小、國中與高中職共計11所學校之校長、主任及組長共177人為研究對象，以自編問卷調查各校推動行政管理指標的情形，並探討各校推動的困難及效用。問卷調查所得資料經採描述統計及t-test、one-way ANOVA等統計方法加以分析，歸納研究結論如下：
    一、學校行政人員認同教育局所規劃之優質學校行政管理面向的經 營策略。
    二、不同職務之學校行政人員對學校推動行政管理之經營策略的知覺除在知識管理面向外，尚無顯著差異。
    三、學校推動行政管理指標的困難程度在中等以下。
    四、學校推動行政管理指標的最大困難在於：學校同仁業務繁重，無暇推展。
    五、學校類別不同的學校行政人員所知覺之推動困難，除資源運用一項外，尚無顯著差異。
    六、行政人員知覺部分學校現有設備的更新跟不上行政管理推展的速度。
    七、學校推動行政管理指標的效用屬於中等以上程度。
    八、學校行政人員認為優質學校行政管理指標能引導學校校務規劃與願景發展。
    九、學校行政人員認為優質學校行政管理指標推動的最大效用在於建立學校的社會聲望與提高家長對學校的信賴。
    十、學校行政人員認為優質學校行政管理指標可協助提昇學校同仁服務品質。
    依據上述結論，本研究提出若干建議，以供教育行政機關、學校行政單位以及未來研究者之參考。
    This research was aimed to understand how schools in Taipei City implement the administrative management indicators of quality school, and to analyze difficulties and effectiveness of the implementation. There were 11 schools (including elementary school, junior high school, and senior high school) participate the quality school program, and 177 school administrators ( principals, section directors, and unit chief) of those schools were selected as subjects of a questionnaire survey.
    Data of the survey study were analyzed by using descriptive statistics as well as t-test and one- way ANOVA. The following conclusions were derived from the synthesis of research findings:
    1. Strategies of school management for the implementation of quality school indicators were well recognized by school administrators.
    2. There was significant difference in the perception of implementing the knowledge management of quality school among school administrators by their current position.
    3. Difficulties for schools to implement indicators of quality school was at medium level.
    4. The main problem confronted by schools to implement the indicators of Quality School was “ school staffs are too overburdened to execute the strategies of quality school.”
    5. Effects of the implementation of indicators of quality school were perceived by school administrators at medium-high level.
    6. The most significant effects of the implementation of indicators of quality school were that it serves as guidelines for school visions and developments and increases school prestige and parents’ trust in school.
    Based on conclusions, this research proposed some suggestions for educational administrative authorities, school authorities and administrative staffs to promote the program of quality school, as well as for further studies on quality school.
