此研究乃是探討台北市萬華社區大學經營理念與實務運作，採用問卷的方式以了解萬華社區大學學員對於萬華社區大的滿意程度，並且與台北市教育吳清山局長、萬華社大執行秘書、萬華社大前校務顧問進行訪談。 問卷共發放出1010份有效問卷回收共有518份，以SPSS for Windows 10.0 中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具，而訪談部分採以逐字稿的方式呈現。 本研究結論如下： 1. 學員與行政人員對於社大老師的授課內容新穎與時事相符合的看法一致。 2.學員對於萬華社大有積極辦理社區總體營造的看法與萬華社大的經營理念一致。 3. 學員對於社區弱勢關懷的層面中與萬華社大行政人員未達成共識。 4. 前校務顧問與執行秘書於學術課程上的看法有所落差。 5. 前校務顧問與執行秘書對於師資篩選的看法有些許出入。 最後，根據上述之結論，提供部分之建議以供萬華社區大學未來行政方向、以及後續續相關研究之參考。 The purpose of this study was to investigate Wanhua Community College’s Managerial concept and practice. This study was conducted through qustionnaries to realize students’ viewpoint and satisfaction on Wanhua Community College, and also interview with Wanhua Community College executive sectary and ex-consultant. Based on results of the survey study, the follwing findings were synthesized: 1. Students and administrator all agreed that teachers in Wanhua Community College could instruct the latest information to students. 2. Students and administrator all approved that Wanhua Community College was devote to integrated community construction positively. 3. Students and administrator didn’t reach agreement that Wanhua Community College concerned about the minority a lot. 4. The viewpoint of academic course was discrepancy between executive sectary and ex-consultant. 5. Ex-consultant and executive sectary did not have common view of teachers. 6. Wanhua community college ’s managerial theory corresponds with Commissioner.
