    摘要: 本研究旨在探討台灣高等教育擴充後私立技職院校招生組織現況及將招生策略應用於招生之實際符合情形,期使我國私立技職院校可以充分瞭解招生現況,並且提供各學校和相關單位之參考。
    本研究主要採用問卷調查法,根據相關文獻編擬問卷初稿和專家效度,依據預試結果編製「台灣高等教育擴充後私立技職院校招生策略之調查問卷」。問卷共發放61份,得有效樣本50份。資料處理部分以SPSS for Windows 14.0中文套裝軟體為主,採用描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析等方法進行統計。研究的結論為:
    一、目前私立技職院校招生組織大致完備
    二、目前私立技職院校學校區域分佈仍以北部為多
    三、目前私立技職院校招生在市場區隔策略上已然顯現
    四、學生對選校考慮多重因素
    五、私立技職院校已將4P﹙產品、價格、通路、推廣﹚策略應用於招生上
    本研究最後根據研究結果,對我國私立技職院校及相關單位提出各項建議,供各校相關人員及未來研究之參考為:
    一、私立技職院校應強化市場區隔,以提升其競爭力
    二、私立技職院校應塑造學校特色,吸引學生入學
    三、藉社區、業界合作互動,籌募資源及支援,加強學校環境設施
    四、透過活動與成果展現,推廣學校良好形象
    五、評鑑學校公佈時機相當重要
    六、政府應對招生不足學校協助其轉型
    七、政府應加強學校資訊來源,強化網路博覽會之功能
    The purpose of this study is to examine the present situations of the admission Strategics and to apply for recruitment in Taiwan Private Technological and Vocational Institute. The result of this study tries to help every schools realizes their recruitment admission Strategics and will be better.
    The research uses the questionnaire survey procedure, the grand total provides 61 questionnaire, recycling effective questionnaire 50.The results are as following:
    1. Admission organization of the Private Technological and
    Vocational Institutes is approximately to complete.
    2. Private Technological and Vocational Institute in North
    still more than other area.
    3. Marketing strategies for admission is obvious in
    Private Technological and VocationalInstitute.
    4.Students have various reasons to chooses Private
    Technological and Vocational Institute.
    5. Private Technological and Vocational Institute uses 4P
    strategics on the recruitment of students.
    According to the findings﹐this thesis makes some suggestions to Private
    Technological and Vocational Institute also administrative organizations in Taiwan.
    1.Private Technological and Vocational Institute should
    help Marketing strategies , promotes its competition.
    2.Private Technological and Vocational Institute should to
    make characteristic of school,attracts the students.
    3.Everybody to help each other strengthens the school
    environment facility.
    4.By the activity and the achievement development, promote
    the school positive image.
    5.Times of evaluation the school is very important.
    6.The government should to help school change and progress.
    7.The government should to strengthens the school
    information source and to strengthens Internet
    exposition.
