    摘要: 本研究旨在瞭解國民中學校長領導風格對教師組織公民行為之影響,其次探討校長領導風格與教師組織公民行為之內涵與現況。採用文獻分析及問卷調查法,並依據教育部93年3 月的統計表中所列,台北縣共62所國民中學教師為研究對象,共發出352份問卷,有效問卷286份,可用率為81%。研究工具為「國民中學校長領導風格與教師組織公民行為問卷」,以SPSS for Windows 10.0中文版套裝軟體為資料分析工具,採用信效度分析、描述統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸分析等方法進行分析。
    本研究之重要發現為:
    1、「高關懷高倡導」領導風格與教師組織公民行為呈顯著正相關。
    2、國民中學教師組織公民行為的整體表現良好,以「恪守本分」表現最佳。
    3、國民中學教師所知覺的校長領導風格,會因教師的性別、服務年資、職務及學校規模不同而有顯著差異。
    4、國民中學教師所表現的公民組織行為,會因教師的性別、服務年資、職務及學校規模不同而有顯著差異。
    5、國民中學校長領導風格與教師組織公民行為有顯著正相關。
    6、國民中學校長關懷領導風格對教師的整體組織公民行為預測力最高。

    根據文獻探討和研究結果,提出建議供教育主管行政機關、國民中學校長、國民中學教師及後續研究者參考。
    The main purpose of this study is for the understanding of junior high school principal’s leadership to the influence of the citizen behavior on the teacher, and then discusses the connotation of principal’s leadership and the citizen behavior to the teacher.

    This study adopt literature analysis and questionnaire to achieve the purpose. And the participants of this study were selected according to the list of Education Apartment in March,2004. Three hundred and fifty two questionnaires were mailed to teachers of sixty-two junior high schools in Taipei County with 286 returned usable surveys for a return rate of 81%. Quantitative analytic procedures included descriptive analysis, t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson and canonical correlation, and multiple regression analysis.

    The conclusions of this study are as follows:
    1.The principal leadership, high consideration and high initiative, are greatly related to the organizational citizenship behavior.
    2.The organizational citizenship behavior is pretty good and the best is “Conscientiousness”.
    3.The leadership style of principal is viewed by junior high school teachers.
    4.The organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school teachers will have many differences by the teachers’ gender、teaching years、duty and school admeasurements.
    5.The leadership style of junior high school principal is correlated with the organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school teachers.
    6.The leadership style of “concern” of junior high school principal has the highest prediction about the organizational citizenship behavior of junior high school teachers.

    Depend on the results, it gives suggestions to educated ministers、junior high school principals、junior high school teachers and the following researchers.
