本研究旨在探討台北縣國民小學教師對利用閒置空間推廣高齡教育的認知與態度現況,不同背景變項之台北縣國民小學教師對利用閒置空間推廣高齡教育的認知或態度是否有差異,及認知與態度間之相關性如何,並根據研究結果提出結論與建議。 研究工具為自編之問卷,共分為認知與態度二大部份。抽取67所學校計466位研究對象,進行問卷調查,回收有效問卷為379份,問卷可用率92.9 %。將所蒐集資料,以SPSS 12.0套裝軟體進行平均數與標準差、單因子變異數分析、t考驗、皮爾遜基差相關等資料處理方法進行統計分析。根據研究結果,歸納出以下結論: 一、台北縣國民小學教師對利用學校閒置空間推廣高齡教育之認知程度,不如態度程度優良。二、國小教師對於利用學校閒置空間推廣高齡教育的認知因背景變項之不同而有差異。 三、台北縣國民小學教師對利用學校閒置空間推廣高齡教育之態度良好,差異不顯著。 四、台北縣國民小學教師對利用學校閒置空間推廣高齡教育之認知與態度呈顯著的正相關。 五、利用學校閒置空間推廣高齡教育可能面臨的困境包括 (一)專業行政人員不足(二)經費及學校內適性的設備不足 (三)校園安全維護。 根據上述研究結論提出建議,以供主管教育行政機關、學校單位、及未來研究者之參考。 The purpose of this study was to investigate elementary school teachers’cognition and attitude on the use of vacant space to promote senior education. The study was conducted through questionnaires which derived from the literature reviews. The samples of the survey were 466 teachers from 67 elementary schools in Taipei County. The data obtained by questionnaire survey was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis. Conclusions of this study were as follow: 1. Teachers perceived a high level of attitude toward using vacant space to promote senior education. 2. There were significant differences in teachers’ cognition based on different background variables. 3. There were no significant differences in teachers’ attitude based on most of the different background variables. 4. Teachers’ cognition on the use of vacant space to promote senior education was significantly related to teachers’attitude. 5. The executive predicaments were the lack of funds, professionals, suitable facilities and the problems of school security. Based on conclusions, some suggestions were proposed for the schools, educational administrative agencies, as well as further studies.
