    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討台北市國中教師工作壓力與教學效能之間的關係。首先探討工作壓力的理論及相關研究,並探討教學效能意涵及相關研究,其次,分析台北市國中教師工作壓力與教學效能的現況、差異情形、相關情形及工作壓力對教學效能的預測力,並綜合文獻探討與調查研究結果,提出具體建議,供教育行政主管機關、學校、國中教師及後續研究者參考。
    本研究所採用的方法主要為問卷調查法,根據相關文獻編擬問卷初稿,經專家效度考驗後進行預試,依據預試結果編製「台北市國中教師工作壓力與教學效能關係之研究問卷」。研究對象以台北市70所公立國民中學教師為主,依學校規模大小施以分層隨機抽樣調查,總計404份。回收問卷為382份,有效問卷為371份,回收率為94.5%,可用率為91.8%。資料處理部份以SPSS for Windows 12.0中文套裝軟體為主,採用t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、逐步多元迴歸等方法進行統計。本研究之重要發現為:
    一、台北市國中教師知覺中等程度工作壓力,以「工作負荷」壓力 最大。
    二、台北市國中教師知覺中高程度教學效能,以「系統呈現教材」 效能最高。
    三、不同年齡、服務年資、擔任職務台北市國中教師知覺工作壓力有顯著差異。
    四、不同教育程度、婚姻狀況、擔任職務台北市國中教師知覺教學效能有顯著差異。
    五、台北市國中教師整體工作壓力與整體教學效能無顯著相關,在部份向度呈現低度正相關或負相關。
    六、台北市國中教師工作壓力之「工作負荷」與「班級經營」兩個向度對教學教能具有解釋力。

    根據上述研究結果,本研究提出以下建議:
    一、對教育行政主管機關之建議
    (一)簡化行政業務流程,整合各項教育評鑑
    (二)規劃教育專業在職進修課程,建立知識管理制度及教學分享平台
    (三)修改輔導與管教學生相關法令,減輕導師輔導與管教學之工作壓力
    二、對學校之建議
    (一)公平適當分配校內工作,提供有效行政支援
    (二)建立良性協商溝通管道
    三、對國中教師之建議
    (一)建立教學資源共享機制
    (二)參與在職進修或研習,提昇個人班級經營能力
    (三)訓練未婚教師學習有效時間管理
    四、對後續研究者之建議
    (一)在研究對象方面:擴大研究範圍。
    (二)在研究方法方面:加入質性研究。
    (三)在研究內容方面:加入工作壓力因應策略。
    This study aimed to explore the relationship between job stress and effective teaching for junior high school teachers in Taipei city. Questionnaire assessing junior high school teachers’ job stress and effective teaching were completed by 371 teachers form junior public high schools in Taipei City. Findings of the study were as follows:
    1.Junior high school teachers in Taipei City perceived a mediumlevel job stress.
    2.Junior high school teachers in Taipei City perceived a middle-high level effective teaching.
    3.There were significant differences in junior high school teachers'' job stress based on age, years old profession,and position.
    4.There were significant differences in junior high school teachers’effective teaching based on level of education, martial status and position.
    5.Junior high school teachers in Taipei City perception of job stress wasn''t related obviously to the effective teaching. Besides, the job stress wasn''t related obviously to effective teaching, and shows low degree relationship (positive or negative) in parts of dimensions.
    6.There are explanations to exist in the dimensions of job workload and classroom management for junior high school teachers in Taipei City.
    According to the findings of the study, it concluded with several suggestions for providing government administrative organizations, junior high schools, junior high school teachers and the researchers in the future to be reference.
