    摘要: 本研究旨在探討台北縣特色學校校長轉型領導行為與學校創新經營之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,係以台北縣特色學校教師為研究對象,以「台北縣特色學校校長轉型領導行為與學校創新經營調查問卷」為工具進行研究,得到以下數項結論:
    一、台北縣特色學校教師知覺「校長轉型領導行為問卷」的總得分上,屬於中上程度,在各層面之得分中,以「塑造願景」最高;其次依序為「激勵鼓舞」、「智能啟發」、「個別關懷」;最低則是「個人魅力」。
    二、台北縣特色學校教師知覺「學校創新經營問卷」總得分上,亦屬於中上程度,在各層面得分中,以「活動展能創新」最高;其次為「校園環境創新」、「課程教學創新」、「資源整合創新」;最低則是「行政管理創新」。
    三、在校長轉型領導行為問卷上,具有顯著差異的是年齡、服務年資、最高學歷、現任職務和學校歷史;而無顯著差異的是性別。
    四、在學校創新經營問卷上,具有顯著差異的是服務年資、最高學歷、現任職務和學校歷史;而無顯著差異的是性別、年齡。
    五、校長轉型領導行為及各層面,與學校創新經營及各層面間呈現出顯著的正相關,亦即教師知覺校長轉型領導行為之塑造願景、激勵鼓舞、個人魅力、個別關懷、智能啟發的領導行為越高,則學校創新經營之行政管理創新、課程教學創新、活動展能創新、校園環境創新、資源整合創新也愈高。
    六、在探討校長轉型領導行為各層面中,以塑造願景和智能啟發兩者對學校創新經營之預測力最佳。
    最後,本研究擬根據上述研究結果進行分析討論,以形成結論與建議,並提供特色學校校長與未來相關研究之參考。
    The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships between principal’s transformational leadership and school innovative management. The following results were derived:
    1.Most of the featured school teachers perceived a upper-intermediate level for principal’s transformational leadership .
    2.Most of the featured school teachers perceived a upper-intermediate level for school innovative management.
    3.There were significant differences in featured school teachers for principal’s transformational leadership based on years of service, education, duties and school history.
    4.There were significant differences in featured school teachers for school innovative management based on years of service, education, duties and school history.
    5.The principal’s transformational leadership and school innovative management are positively correlated.
    Finally, suggestions based on the literature reviews and research findings were presented for the featured school principal and future research.
