The role identity of becoming a Dang-Ki of the research participant is through confrontation and conflict between the two opposite factors. The researcher found that there are three phases of developing self-identity as a Dang-ki: 1. belief and disbelief. 2. mortal and immortal. 3. all or none. The study found that when the research participant looks more into the progress of the becoming a Dang-Ki, her internal confrontation of dualism gradually turns to be one inner core beliefs.
