    Abstract: 本研究旨在探討大學女生身體形象(含體型認知差距、體型滿意度)、自尊對飲食異常傾向之影響情形,並進一步分析飲食正常與飲食異常傾向者在身體質量指數、體型認知差距、體型滿意度及自尊差異比較。本研究以分層隨機抽樣抽出淡江大學1022名女學生為研究對象,研究工具包括體型認知差距量表(輪廓圖形五等級量表)、體型滿意度量表、自尊量表及飲食異常傾向量表(飲食態度量表),所得資料以描述性統計、Pearson積差相關、路徑分析、t檢定等統計方法進行分析,歸納研究結果如下: 一、大學女生實際體型分佈屬於偏瘦的體型,卻有近半數的人目前有從事瘦身或減肥行為。二、大學女生在體型認知上希望自己可以更瘦,且對體型大多偏向不滿意。三、大學女生之自尊在中等以上,表示其對自我的看法較偏為正向。四、大學女生飲食異常傾向比率為8.1%。五、在大學女生身體質量指數、體型認知差距、體型滿意度、自尊及飲食異常傾向的關係中,除身體質量指數與自尊沒有顯著相關外,其他變項間皆有顯著相關。六、大學女生身體質量指數、體型認知差距、體型滿意度對飲食異常傾向皆有顯著預測力。七、比較飲食正常與飲食異常傾向之大學女生,兩者在身體質量指數上沒有顯著差異,在體型認知差距、體型滿意度、自尊上有顯著差異。八、飲食異常傾向者相較於飲食正常的女大學生,會從事較多的減肥行為。根據研究結果,本研究提出對未來研究、衛生教育與諮商的建議。
    The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of body image (including body awareness gap and physique satisfaction) and self-esteem on eating disorder inclination among female college students, and further analyze the difference of body mass index , body awareness gap, physique satisfaction and self-esteem between eating normal students and eating disorder inclinable students. Through stratified random sampling, 1022 female college students in Tamkang University were selected as subjects . Data were collected through a self-report survey instrument consist of Five Contour Drawing Rating Scale, Physique Satisfaction Inventory, self-esteem scale ,and Eating Attitude Test 26(EAT-26). The data were analyzed by frequency distribution, Pearson product-moment correlation, path analysis. The major findings were as follows:1. The actual physique among female college students were toward thin. Near half of students were having some behaviors to reduce their weight.2. Female college students hoped they were thinner. They were mostly unsatisfied about their physique.3. The self-esteem among female college students were above the average,it was indicated that the female college students had positive attitudes about themselves.4. The rate of eating disorder inclination among female college students was 8.1%.5. Relating to body mass index, body awareness gap, physique satisfaction, self-esteem, and eating disorder inclination among female college students, there were significant relationships except between body mass index and self-esteem.6. Body mass index, body awareness gap, and physique satisfaction were significant predictors of eating disorder inclination among female college students.7. Comparing eating normal female students with eating disorder inclinable female students in Tamkang University, there were significant difference of body awareness gap, physique satisfaction, and self-esteem, but there was no significant difference of body mass index.8. Compare with eating normal female college students, the eating disorder inclinable female students of Tamkang University were engaged in more behaviors of slimming. According to the research results, this study provided some suggestions for future research , health education, and counseling.
