    Abstract: 本研究旨在透過蒐集、整理婚暴受虐婦女個案小文,於表達性書寫團體後日常生活中所產出之個人書寫文本,以及深度訪談相關資料,進行文本內容分析。冀以瞭解婚暴受虐婦女在獨自書寫的情況下,會書寫出什麼樣的內容與主題;其次理解婚暴受虐婦女在書寫過程中的心理狀態及變化;最後並進一步探討書寫治療為婚暴受虐婦女創傷經驗心理狀態所帶來的改變。

    經分析詮釋後,本研究發現小文書寫文本內容主題與心理狀態隨著時間的推移,在時間點上可歸納出四個階段:對於親子關係狀態的新覺察,想要以經營親子關係為生活的主要目標;處理丈夫外遇問題以及試圖挽回丈夫與修復夫妻關係;回顧過往婚姻經驗,對於婚姻關係進行重新的思索與整理;在夫妻關係中開始表達自己的需求與感受。而書寫為小文帶來的改變則主要有以下四點:幫助小文學會自我陪伴、自我傾聽;幫助小文抒發各種被壓抑的情緒;幫助小文釐清混亂的思緒,抓到生活的重點;幫助小文表達能力變好,重新與社會連結;幫助小文觀察與覺察能力提升。
    The thesis is analyzed fourteen pieces of a marital abused woman’s writing by using the method of content analysis. There are three goals of this research. The first goal is to analyze the writing theme of the abused woman’s writing. Second is to understand the mental states and change of the abused woman after the process of writing. Finally is to discuss the effect of writing therapy towards the change of traumatic experience of the abused woman.

    After the analysis and interpretation, this study shows the theme of the abused woman’s writing and mental states can be categorize into four stages. Deal with the relationship between her and her children. Deal with the marital issue about her husband’s extramarital relations. Review the experience of her marital life. And in the end, develop the new attitude to her marital relationship.

    The four effects of writing to the abused woman were found. First, writing helped the abused woman learn self-companionship, and self-listen. Second, writing helped the abused woman expresses the previous suppressed emotions. Third, writings helped victim sorts out chaotic thoughts and regain perspective of her life. Fourth, writing helped victim improves ability to express herself and reconnect with the society. Writing helped victim becomes more observant and improves awareness.
