In the Chapter.1 to 2, the author will bring up some questions and reasonable suspects. Because of to discuss conveniently later, the author will bring up one reasonable ratiocination to confirm the relation mainly among industrial transformation and human resources development.
In the middle(Chapter.3 to 5), the writings will focus the histories among the relation mainly among industrial transformation and human resources development, and to find out what questions exist. The author will bring up discoveries oneself to turn back checking the previous writing that is suitable or not.
In Chapter.5,the author will focus the situations of 80`s Taiwan to compare with Thailand at present.
