80年代,英國柴契爾夫人及美國雷根總統,兩國政府均受新自由主義之影響。在阿根廷,梅能(Carlos S. Menem)總統主政時期(1989~1999) ,因受世界銀行干預,亦採行新自由主義,並於1993年通過聯邦教育法及其他相關教育法規。
因之,於此10年間阿根廷高等教育產生重大變革。本文即在於新自由主義理念下,研究阿國大學教育之轉變及影響,並且分析該國高等教育現存之問題及所有可行之解決方式。 Neoliberalism has been included within economic, politics and educational areas. Since 1960’ United States as well as some European countries began different types of processes to reform their universities to establish a non-centralized and massive system. They also introduced a market system to let competence be the main factor to improve academic excellence.
During the 80’, Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan governments, the United Kingdom and the United States, respectively, adopt neoliberalism as a hegemonic ideology.
In Argentina, during Carlos S. Menem presidencies, 1989-1999, liberalism was adopted. As a consequence of World Bank’s ideas, in 1993, was settled the Federal Education Law, in Argentina, as well as other laws and regulations connected with it. Thus, during that decade Argentina educational system had an important transformation. The object of present research is to analyze Argentine educational transformation in connection with universities, as a consequence of neoliberalism ideas. Therefore, an analysis of Sate importance, different regulations their outcome and possible solutions for existing conflicts will also be considered.
