最後，本文主要在於研究貧窮與教育之間的密切關係，以證明不但教育為瓜地馬拉治國根本，同時也是該國當前所必須首要重視的課題。 General speaking, the economy problems exist in most of Latin America countries. The problems resulted from poverty could be very complicated and any phenomenon could have connection with it. However, even thought every country has the same problem, the relation between the consequences and reasons such as geographical location, ethical culture, and social structure…etc, can be variety. In other word, although poverty problem exist in every country, the reason of those problems and the extending problems result from them are all different.
The most significant difference between Guatemala and the other countries is the native population takes around 1/2 share of national population, and normally a country with multiple races could result in a more complicated problem. This study intends to have a meta-discussion of poverty problem and national education of Guatemala. First of all, it discusses the extending problems of poverty in three major sections: Administration, Social and Politic. Thereafter it analysis the relationship between poverty and education. In short, education and poverty are the two side of one single object; it affects each other as reason and result.
In sum, this study is focusing on the relationship of poverty and education, to prove that the education is root of country development for Guatemala, and it is the most important object that its government should pay attention on.
