This dissertation take "document analysis" approach as the method,and the affiliation analyzes the influence of China’s Public Opinion War to the Harmonious Diplomacy by China’s Move to against Japan in,314 Tibet event and 512 Sichuan macroseism event in 2008.

1.China current proposed the harmonious diplomatic strategy main goal, lies in extinguishes the anxiety which China threatens discusses, and remolds the Chinese good responsible great nation image.
2.China''s diplomacy is gradually transforming to "the harmonious diplomacy" strategy by soft power, and takes it by the Public Opinion War in the international field territory operation tool.
