摘要:	首先、本文研究目的有五點：1.探討民主的定義與模式，進一步的深入研究西方民主政治文化與特殊的東方政治文化並以東方中國文化的角度，重新定位馬克斯的思想。2.從1978-2008年政局的演變中，取得中國政治與經濟發展上的歷史脈絡。3.探討經濟改革是否會帶動政治的轉變。4.再從全球化的思維，去檢視中國的經濟開放與政策面，並從經濟面向探討是否會帶動政治面進行改革的運動。5.探討中國民主發展的困境，從台灣經驗來想定中國的發展，與中國經濟的潛在危機。其次、運用歷史的研究途徑，去了解中國政治發展的歷史，以及西方民主融入東方中國社會的看法與比較，並藉由中國文化的歷史脈絡、對外互動與政治文化出發。期盼能探討其連貫與因果關係，了解其常與變，以及解決之道。第三、從1978-2008年為一個研究的歷史標的，從黨內的改造革新、，與依法治國，並且探討四個堅持斟酌問題。以經濟的改革層面與和諧社會理論層面來探討，並且從鄧小平的修正路線與中國經濟的開放，以及提出政治轉變的實質面，並進一步研究中國是否會邁向第三共和的道路。探討中國在未來在民主化路途之中，所會遇到的困境，並且以台灣經驗為借鏡，探討台灣從威權體制因為經濟改革開放，進而轉變成民主的政治體制；並且研究全球化下民主國家對於中國的影響，以及中國在經濟面下所潛在的危機。第四、本文的研究結論有項：第一項是西方的民主政治無法完全行在中國、甚至是亞洲國家。因為儒家文化圈的亞洲是屬於「家長制」的文化圈。第二項是回到原味的馬克思社會主義的精神。第三項是中國在這30年之間，政治有實質上的轉變。第四項是受到全球化下的影響，經濟開放會導致政治改革。第五項官方與民間對於民主步調大不相同。以上這些僅是初步的探討研究，期望日後能對中國作更深入的研究。 First, this article research goal has five points: 1. Discussion democracy definition, pattern, and further thoroughly studies Western Democratic political culture and special Eastern politics culture. By Eastern china culture’s angle, locating Marx’s thought. 2. Form in 1978-2008 year political situation evolution, having historical vein of development in china’s political and economic. 3. Discussing whether the economic evolution can lead in political the transformation. 4. From global thinking, inspection china’s political in opening economic, and discussing whether leading political evolution exercise in economical surface. 5. Discussion the difficult poison of Chinese democracy development, and from Taiwan’s experience thinking China’s development and latent crisis in economic. Second, using history research method to understand the history of Chinese political development, the view and compare with western democracy integrated in eastern Chinese society, and writing throw historical vein of Chinese culture, foreign interaction, and political culture. Hoping can discuss links up with the causal relation, and understanding the usual and change, and the ways of resolution. Third, in 1978-2008 year can be a historical sign, discuss four questions pondered whether conforms to the time significance of transformation innovation from the political party, and rules a nation legally. Discussing by economic revolution and harmonious social theory, and from Deng, Xiao Ping’s policy revision, China’s open economic, proposing politics transforms substantive surface, and further research the future of China whether advances to republican third. Discussion the democracy way of China in the future will meets difficult position. And it was a negative example throw Taiwan’s experience discussing the economic reform policy, causes Taiwan to transform the democratic political system form the authority system, and research the effect to China from global democracy nations, and the potential crisis in China’s economic. Fourth, this article research conclusion has five points: 1. Western Democracy politics is unable to move completely in China, even in Asia nations. Because Confucianist culture circle of Asia is belongs to “Patriarchal System” culture circle. 2. Returns to the original Marx socialism the spirit. 3. China between the 30 years, having substantive change in policy. 4. The influence of globalization, economical open will lead to revolution in policy. 5. The official and the folk are not same regarding the democratic step.
