香港地區高等教育近年來之發展可以如此迅速，除其本身原有之基礎外，大量招收中國大陸的學生可以視為其能夠在短時間內成功的主要因素之一。 目前對中國大陸招收大學生的香港大學院校共有12所，主要透過「全國高考統招」與「自主招生」兩種管道；而招收研究生則與香港本地學生相同，採用「申請入學」的方式。 除了積極招收中國大陸學生外，香港政府為了進一步加強中國大陸和香港在教育領域的合作，推動兩地學生的交流，以及為了提升香港競爭力，引進中國大陸優秀人才…等目的，也簽訂內地與香港關於相互承認高等教育學位証書的備忘錄與推行多項計畫，致力於「就學」與「就業」上的學歷採認。 透過「對大陸招生」與「採認大陸學歷」兩項作法，使得越來越多的中國大陸學生願意前往香港各大學院校就讀，而香港高等教育的規模與競爭力也隨之不斷提升。本研究的主要目的在探討香港地區對大陸招生之作法與現況，以及香港地區採認大陸學歷的背景、作法與成效，並藉由探討香港中文大學對中國大陸招收學生之經驗，以便能更全面性地了解香港對中國大陸的高教互動…等現況。 In recent years the development of Hong Kong’s higher education can be so fast, besides its'' original foundation, a large number of students who recruit China can regard as it one of the main factors of success within short time. At present, 12 universities enroll China''s students in Hong Kong. With two kinds of methods, one is system of national college’s examination, another one is enrollment by oneself. It is the same as local student to enroll graduate students. Besides recruiting students of China actively, the Hong Kong’s government, in order to strengthen cooperation in the educational field of Hong Kong with China, promote the exchange of the students of two places, improve the Hong Kong competitiveness, and introduce outstanding talents of China, so sign memorandum and pursue many items of plan to admit the academic credentials. With two kinds of methods, enrollment to china and admit China''s academic credentials.Make more and more China''s student would like to go to universities and colleges of Hong Kong for study.And the scale and competitiveness of Hong Kong higher education improve constantly thereupon. The main purpose of this research is to understand recruiting students from Mainland China and to know Academic Recognition on Mainland China.
