摘要:	本研究之目的乃在於發現台商織襪業投資中國大陸之決策因素，以及投資後所遭遇的問題與解決之道，以供未來臺灣相關產業投資大陸參考。在文獻方面，針對中國大陸台商企業投資相關研究範圍之論文及書籍為主，加上部分研究機構對在大陸經營之台商的調查報告為佐證，建立起論文之架構。論文研究先以文獻探討方式將論文相關之文獻加以彙總分析，建立起論文的架構，並發展出相關的命題建構；之後以個案研究法(Case Study)將命題建構之內容做為研究中心，針對已在大陸投資經營之台商做個案分析研究。亦藉由訪談方式取得初即資料，找出影響台商企業投資決策之因素及其互動關係。論文以投資型態、競爭因素、文化法規、及政治因素，對投資決策之影響程度進行分析。論文共分六章，分別為第一章緒論，第二章文獻探討，第三章 A公司海外投資決策分析，第四章財稅規劃與投資可行性評估，第五章投資遭遇之問題，第六章結論。在研究結果方面，呈現出：1.台灣織襪業在大陸之競爭優勢，2.台灣織襪業投資大陸受政治面因素之影響相當大，3.影響台商投資大陸在區位選擇與進入模式之因素。本論文希望能夠成為未來相關產業投資中國大陸之借鑑參考，亦希望能為後續研究者提供幫助。 The purpose of the thesis is discovering the factors of impacting on investment decision of Taiwan enterprises. In the field of literature on the subject, Decision of the Investment is the core subject, including the thesis and books, The investigation of Taiwanese enterprise are supplement. The structure of thesis is built on theses data. First of all, combining and analyzing the literature data, and building the structure, also developing the items for interview and the hypothesis. The research method is case study. And getting the first data by depth interview. The contents of the research combined by the interactive relationship among the investment patterns, competition factors, political factors, and cultural factors. The thesis offers some relative suggestions to Taiwanese enterprises and the step-researchers in the last chapter.
